Stayed Apr 1, 2025We really enjoyed the property. If I could suggest one thing it would be a new vacuum. The one there is very old and didn’t do a good job. But we really enjoyed our stay and will rent there again.

Stayed Apr 1, 2024The unit is as advertised, even better! Right next to the pond and just steps away from the pool and hot tub. Location is great with easy access to everything in the Palm Springs area. The Sunrise community is well groomed and very quiet. The unit is spacious, well equipped, clean and very comfortable. Mariah was very helpful with booking the unit and during our stay. We would definitely return and highly recommend this place.

Stayed Mar 1, 2023This condo was exactly as stated in the ad. It meet all of our needs and expectations. The property manager is easy to communicate with and very responsive. The location is a quiet community with mostly older adults so not sure someone with really young kids would find it a good fit. The deck is north facing so if someone wishes hot sun in the morning or afternoon, it isn’t there. The community pool and hot tub are very conveniently close.

Stayed Sep 18, 2020My mother and I had a lovely stay here. I don’t know if the owners spent the COVID down time upgrading the place or it was always this beautiful, but the floors, carpeting, furniture, etc. was gorgeous! The condo is also bigger than I imagined from the photos, and very bright inside with plenty of natural light. The owners and property manager were also so communicative during our stay. We had a small hiccup when we arrived and they reached out immediately and had it fixed the next morning. The pool couldn’t be closer to the place and it was so relaxing. Overall the location, the community, and the property were fantastic and we would be happy to return.
