LARGE 2 BEDROOM ON WOODED LOT, POOL, HOT TUB MIN TO PENNSTATE

We had a wonderful stay! The kids were very excited for the pool and hot tub and this did not disappoint! Beautiful area and wonderful hosts. Thank you!!!

We had a great experience with this rental property and will potentially be back again. Tammy caught us a few times and was nothing but kind and inviting! The family/living room space is very large and the couches are super comfortable!

My family and I stayed at this property when we were visiting our kids at Penn State. What a delight! The location is breathtaking. We enjoyed a morning walk before heading out to see the kids. Beautiful wooded lot. I the home was super clean and comfortable. All the furnishings were in terrific condition. We felt at home. The owners were wonderful with communication. We can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay. Definitely recommending and hope to be back.

What a wonderful experience! The hosts were wonderful very helpful and very easy to communicate with. The space was very roomy and we were able to have a cookout with my grandkids. The location is perfect. Beautiful and very peaceful.

Very clean. Hosts left great instructions. The rental was very quiet, except for some construction down the road. A beautiful retreat.

Property had potential. The entrance felt a bit cluttered but understandable it is early spring and you’re in the middle of the woods. Nothing a good spring clean up wouldn’t fix. Had a small glitch with door lock on Saturday morning but all in all was a great stay.

Apartment was clean with essential amenities.

Everything was as advertised, advanced email made getting there easy and host was super accommodating and responsive

Host was welcoming; however nowhere on the site did it say host lives on site. It’s not like it really mattered; however I don’t like surprises. Also outside porch area needed cleaned up (did not look like pictures, was filled with junk and dirty). Inside was clean and fairly up to date; however I did not appreciate having coverings on all the furniture.

Hosts were friendly, accommodating, and helped our group start a fire in the fire pit. Check in was smooth. Condo was very neat and clean. We had a great weekend!

The property was as described and very clean and big. We only stayed overnight and got there late in day so we did not enjoy the property as much as we wanted but the amenities were great and the hosts were very communicative and nice. I went to a PSU football game so a little far from the stadium and not easy to get there in the dark but Waze got us there with no problems.I would recommend this property and stay there again.

It was a good place to stay for a quick visit to PA.

The apartment was clean, the beds were very comfortable and it was spacious. The brand new kitchen was very nice.The hosts were very nice and accommodating . The only issue we had, was the parking spot was very small, and the walk up the steep, stony driveway to get to the pool was a bit difficult. Neither of these issues would prevent us from renting this property again.

Everything was great and as advertised. Good communication with hosts. A 4 for location only because it is a bit remote - but this can also be an attraction for some (it was for us). There is a hot tub, but did not experience it due to it being a rainy April day / night. Would recommend and would stay again!

Very nice, quiet, wooded setting! We used the hot tub in the morning and the firepit at night. Plenty of places to eat and drink within a 5-10 minute drive!

The road to get the property is not great and parking is tight. The house is nice clean and spacious. We did not expect the owners to be upstairs as it’s listed as the whole place. It really wasn’t a problem but not what we expected. The extra insurance paid for as a bit over the top and seems unnecessary. Overall ok but not great.

My girlfriend & I stayed here for an evening to celebrate Valentine’s Day. Enjoyed the seclusion and hot tub. Huge kudos to Tammy for letting us borrow her corkscrew (we forgot to bring one of our own)——as a result, we were able to enjoy the wine we brought!

Place was awesome big and just as described.. host was very helpful.. only problem was the road getting to the house but that was only because me and buddy rode motorcycles

Nice location, had a DD to get to the game and downtown. Sitting on the porch swing with a cup of coffee in the morning was very relaxing. If you're going to cook onsite, bring seasonings/accessories. Everyone enjoyed it and I highly recommend.

Only stayed one night but Property was beautiful and easy to find. Check in was easy, would definitely rent again

It was exactly what was needed.

We stayed at this super cute rental, the hosts were tentative and friendly. The house was well equipped and our 3 year old enjoyed exploring the lay of the land. It was a peaceful and relaxing little getaway in close proximity to Penn State making it a breeze to move our daughter in and attend NSO. Would recommend!
