Large 2-bedroom, 2 bath villa, sleeps 6, w/grill on the golf course-Bear Trap

Our first trip to Bethany beach area, a much shorter drive than our annual OBX trek from Pa. We were very impressed. The villa was very clean, all grounds in the community are meticulously maintained. Beach and downtown Bethany only a 10 minute drive away. The downtown area reminds us of stone harbor, NJ., nice shops and attractions.Linda was great, very responsive to any questions we had.Returning next year.villa very clean, recently remodeled. We had a wonderful stay. This is a spacious, charming, comfortable first level condo in a beautiful community with a great view of the golf course. Our great weather made for a perfect week.

Linda’s home was lovely, comfortable, clean, and well stocked with what we needed for the week. I loved how quiet the neighborhood was and the ease of getting to the beach. We loved sitting out on the porch every day! Linda was so helpful and prompt with responding if we had questions. The kitchen was fully stocked and we loved getting to cook our own meals. My only two suggestions would be 1) a mattress topper for the primary bedroom as the bed feels a bit aged and lumpy. 2) this is not on the host but the HOA itself, the amenities pass felt steep for what was offered. The gym was tiny and always full so I rarely got to go in. Also, we never used the pool or shuttle, we ended up just driving into Bethany which worked better for our schedule. The shuttle was a long wait and took too complicated with all our gear. I would say if you plan to buy the pass, go there first to see for yourself because they are electronic and there’s no need to buy it days in advance. Otherwise we had a great stay and would definitely come back!

Wonderful accommodations- immaculately clean, safe and well situated. Perfect for our family of four!

Will stay at the same property next year

We had a fantastic stay at Linda's home. It was as advertised, and she was great to work with and very responsive. The home was very clean and had everything you need for a great stay, including a fully stocked kitchen, basic toiletries, and laundry supplies. The porch was an amazing space in the mornings/evenings, and the neighborhood is very friendly and quiet. We would highly recommend this property and eorking with Linda.

This property was exactly what we were looking for. Bear Trap Dunes is one of our favorite locations and this stay didnt disappoint. Our favorite spot to be was the enclosed back patio, a perfect spot for dinner, games, and enoying one anothers company.

Loved it. Great location and views. My wife and I loved the kitchen layout and options.

We stayed in an exceptional facility with first-class amenities, including the golf course. We enjoyed the upgraded kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Our community was just a short bike ride away from the local area's outdoor fun, dining, and entertainment. We will long remember Bethany Beach as Delaware at its best!!
