For us, it was a great place to stay. Off street parking, in a neighborhood central to all we wanted to do in Dana Point. Worked out very well for us.

I chose this house because of the proximity to family.I rented for 3 weeks. The house was clean and was stocked with all that I needed. Some furniture and kitchen small appliances were dated… in need of replacement ( owner did replace a blender and kuerig coffee machine after I brought it to her attention). The kitchen refrigerator and a bathroom vanity also need replacement as they were not in good working order. Bed was comfortable and there were plenty of sheets/ towels etc. Great water pressure in shower also. Biggest complaint was the noise coming from rental above this one…very thin walls. You could hear every footstep, chairs being pushed in/out and restroom use right above master bedroom. Luckily I packed a noise machine to drown out all this activity. If you are a light sleeper, and there are renters above you…be warned of the noise.

Very convenient location and check-in and check-out process. The only thing I wished was provided was some body wash and shampoo. Otherwise, a wonderful stay in beautiful Dana Point.

My family enjoyed all the space to spread out and this particular property was beautifully decorated. Many thick towels which we appreciated. Actually chose this property for the reclining chair that was used for sleeping nightly and for the close location to Dana Pt harbor and PCH. No regrets!

We had an excellent stay. This condo is comfy and fully equipped with everything you need to fix full meals and enjoy family game nights. An easy walk to shopping, the Dana Point Harbor and Strands beach. Definitely recommend.

Everything was just as advertised. Only issue was when upstairs unit was occupied, they had two vehicles and we had one. There are only two parking places so space was very tight getting in and out of vehicles.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this charming home. It’s perfectly situated—easy walking distance to restaurants, a gorgeous park, the beach, grocery and other amenities, with beautiful views everywhere you stroll. The house was perfectly appointed with everything we needed. It was immaculate and very well maintained. While there is a garage, our SUV was too big to fit. We had two car rentals, so we parked on the driveway as well as the street. Parking is not a big issue in the neighborhood, as long as you obey the parking permit signs. Nancy was incredibly responsive to our inquiries and very gracious. This was a gem!

We thoroughly enjoyed our second stay at this condo. It is within walking distance of the Saturday Farmer’s Market, restaurants and the harbor. This two-bedroom condo has a spacious kitchen and a deck with an ocean view. We look forward to staying there again in the future.

This rental was just what we needed. My husband was in Southern California for some business and I joined him to visit our son who lives in the area. The host was very accommodating and patient with our questions. This was so much more pleasant than staying in a hotel and comparable cost.

This property is a great place to stay. Easy access to all things Dana Point and South Orange County. Nice deck with ocean view. Quiet location. Quick drive (some could walk) to eateries and shopping. Worked out great for us.

This place was so cozy - truly a “home away from home”. They thought of everything from cooking needs to beach fun. Perfect for those who enjoy cooking! I have stayed at many places and they have way too much clutter (cookware) and the bare minimum where cooking is not an option but this kitchen was well-stocked and made for some nice family time around the table. Lovely decor and it was so nice to see the personal touches. Thank you Nancy for hosting us!

The absolute most perfect home. Everything you need, so clean. Plenty of space. convenient location. We have stayed in so many properties around this same area. This is our new favorite. We will be back!

We made this lovely 2 bedroom condo our home base for our getaway to Point Loma and Laguna Beach outings. It’s nicely decorated and well-stocked with everything we needed. Nancy, the owner, made it very easy with directions and instructions for entrance and check out. Great location. We would definitely like to return in the future.
