Stayed May 13, 2023we loved the property! Unfortunately there was only one wine glass and there were no beach chairs. Other than that, it was amazing!

Stayed Oct 31, 2025Very lovely decorated. Modern and chic. Loved how close the place is to the boardwalk, shops and restaurants. It’s also very quiet and calm. Loved everything. Highly recommend.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 2nd stay at this condo this year, having previously stayed in April/May. Once again we had a wonderful time. The only negative was the annoying crows that did a number on the small outside balcony which made it unusable. Mgmt staff was very helpful when needed. Would recommend staying here again next year.

Stayed Nov 1, 2023Clean, convenient and customer service made my stay perfect. The rental was spotless. The location, just a block from the beach, made it easy to get out and enjoy the amazing Avila area. And the hosts went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. I had a question with the heat, and they were on site in minutes to help and fix. Like I said, just perfect.

Living room furniture (chair) was worn/in need of replacement, but overall we loved our stay and would recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway.
