Sounds like the hot tub does not work often. I called ahead to make sure things were in working condition due to this rental was a gift for someone and I was told yes everything was good! Well, when my family checked in they were told the hot tub was not working. They shouldn’t advertise a hot tub especially in the winter. Very disappointed!!

Wish we stayed longer!!! Great space for our family and great water view to enjoy.

We’ve been staying at the Edgewater for over thirty years. We love Charlevoix. First time staying in this room. Nicely decorated. The bed and furniture was comfortable. Room was on the lower level and close to the door to parking lot. We will try to book this room again for next year. Very quiet.

The staff are very professional and friendly, especially Lana & Veronica.We had a clean comfortable condominium with relaxing views and amenities. We did, however, have an issue with the refrigerator not working well. We lost all our food in the freezer. I understand it will be fixed prior to our next visit in August. We also had lots of spiders in our condo, my husband killed nine that I know of. A quick insect spray or web cleaning might help. I realize this cannot totally be avoided. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, we booked two more stays this year.

Reviewer Comments: This is one of my favorite condos in this building and have stayed here about a dozen times.Our favorite spot is the green chairs near the window. This unit needs to be cleaned.Hardwood floors are dirty. Rugs in entry and kitchen need to be replaced. The carpet in the bedroom is needing to be replaced.Update the kitchen coffee cups and drink ware.The building should upgrade the paper products.

Only complaint was that we were notified two days before arrival that major exterior renovations were taking place during our stay. There were many construction crew working through out our stay, sometimes directly outside our doors and windows. While the construction crew was courteous and professional we felt like we should have been notified at the time of booking of the renovations. I likely would have chose different accommodation's and feel this is misleading. Having said that it is a nice property and location.
