La Playa Beach Front Beauty!

Was the perfect place to stay on Folly beach. Would definitely stay here again!

Pet friendly loved our stay. Sipping coffee watching and listening to the waves priceless. Close to everything and parking was great.

Excellent floor plan compared to others we have stayed at this location; loved the view and the minimal stairs to take!Will consider staying again!

Yes, our host was absolutely wonderful. They were highly responsive and helped us when we needed it. Couldn't be better.

Overall Great stay. Nice beachfront location within walking distance to all the restaurants, bars and shops. Only about 20 mins to downtown Charleston.Condo was very clean and cozy and the bed was super comfy. Only downside we had for the unit was that the walls are super thin so you can hear your neighbors next door and upstairs. Other than that, we enjoyed our long weekend.

I thoroughly enjoyed the property - access to the beach, cleanliness, accommodations, personnel, service department, sitting on the porch, listening to the tide, all of it. Absolutely glorious! And yes, I'll be back. It's a compelling draw to let someone else I love to experience Folly Beach at a prime location in a well-kept condominium. Amazing stay! Joyce O.

Great place for a quick get away. Parked our car and didn’t need to move it once we arrived. Clean and convenient condo.

True beach front! I’m always dubious about places and their descriptions as beach front. Sometimes there’s a street between the house and the beach. Sometimes there’s a slight angle where you can see the beach.But this was TRUE beach front! We sat and drank our coffee staring at the ocean. When we were playing on the beach, we could walk back to the room in 3 minutes and use the restroom or get a refill.I hope it’s available every time we come back to see our son and DIL in Charleston!

Very disappointed, wouldn’t stay here again, condo was clean enough but showed dirty & tired because it’s in desperate need of updating the kitchen and bathroom cabinets are in terrible shape need replacing, the walls are in rough shape in desperate need of paint not to mention some ripples and holes that need repair, the shower head and water control valve are loose and I was concerned they might come loose from the plumbing, the couch is the most uncomfortable saggy piece of furniture I’ve ever sat on in fact it’s unsittable if that’s even a word because it’s so sunken in the cushions are flatter then pancakes seriously it’s that bad! Maybe I’m just used to a better standard and I’m not even picky as long as a place is clean and cared for but these are things that need to be addressed by the owner not the cleaning staff. To pay that much money for a place that is in such desperate need of an update/refresh in my opinion just down right unacceptableopinion

I enjoyed the proximity to local restaurants and Bert's. The view was great as well. But there were so many barking dogs in neighboring units that really made staying here almost unbearable. Also I could hear every scratch from the dogs upstairs as they scrambled around. Really put a damper on what would have been a great stay. I doubt I'll come back because this property allows pets. Also dog owners, DO BETTER!

Perfectly located with a picturesque view. Well kept and met all the getaway needs.

Loved how clean and cute the property is. Right on the beach was wonderful!! We walked to reataurants and loved the easy access to everything, and loved the town. The other guests around us were very nice too!

Loved it being right on the beach. Everything was in walking distance. Didn’t drive while we were there except to go sight seeing one day. Grocery store one block away and restaurants were 2 blocks away. Very nice place to stay. The wife is already to go back in January.
