    We were happy with your apparent itself. Its nicely renovated and clean. However, the property was advertised as follows: oceanfront private garage for 2 cars parking Based on the description and pictures of the property we all were under the impression that “oceanfront” means the house has a direct access to the beach. This was not true. The “oceanview” is the proper description. And of course the rental for a beach vacation must be equipped with beach accessories, such as umbrellas. Also, garage for 2 cars was not available. By “parking” comes with the apartment the owner meant using public parking outside, which often didn’t have even single spot available. The attitude the property manager Daphne displayed was unspeakable. She yelled at us! She suggested us leaving the premises and go somewhere else! She spoke about us over the phone using the language we all can’t understand. The rude behavior was her reaction on our questions about the the features we don’t see, but expected based on the unit description from Expedia. We all think that her behavior was highly unprofessional, disrespectful and rude. My husband and I are frequent visitors of the island and I can assure you - we never experience such treatment before. I have 2 more people with us who can support my story. All of us came to the island for nice beach vacation and was treated poorly.

    Very accommodating, Plenty of Restaurant choices within walking distance. Very safe and secure building with private Underground parking garage and secure keypad entry on all building entry doors. The property was very clean with updated appliances and had amazing views of the Ocean and surrounding buildings. Property was very spacious inside with a very modern and contemporary atmosphere.

    If I could give 10 stars, I would. Everything about the property was as advertised. If anything, the property is under-rated. The snorkeling directly adjacent to the property is the best we experienced on the entire island. Communication with our host was simple, and the response was immediate. I can’t say enough great things about this place. I would move there tomorrow.

    Great view of the ocean from the living room/balcony. Clean, well-maintained apartment, with plenty of room for a family of 4. Property manager responded quickly to a handful of questions. Excellent location in Grand Case - easy walk to two beach options (we especially liked Petite Plage) and multiple great restaurants (shout out to Java), LoLo’s and bars. Easy parking (public lot across the street or private parking in bldg) and easy access (short drive) to Orient Bay et al. The only downside is music from Calmos Cafe (directly next door - super friendly staff and good food) continues fairly late into the night so can be a slight challenge for early sleepers. But we all still loved the location and would absolutely return.

    Our stay was great. The hotel was perfect, the staff super attentive, and accommodating. I felt like I was getting the royal treatment. The restaurant was a little pricey but the food was great (get some chocolate mousse!),and the staff was so nice. They worked hard to make sure we were happy. Our hotel room was great. The bed and pillows were so comfortable, as soon as my head hit the pillow at night, I was sleep. The room was exactly like the picture! Shout out to Mala, Margo, and Marva for your kindness and for taking care of us.Thanks to everyone, I really needed that time away and you all made it special.

    The condo and host were good ,parking was a challenge bit i got used to it glad we rented a small car lol. The beach infront of the condo is not a beach its all rock you have to walk down the street a few blocks to get onto the beach . The morning view off the balcony while having coffee was really nice. The restaraunt bar right beside the condo is very loud there open till 1am every night and 2-3 am on weekends so i slepted with ear plugs in every night . The beaches on the island were great i think our best one was pinel island oh yea there is no axcess to the water in front of the shared pool Its locked all the time

    This place is at the end of the busy part of the Main Street in town. We knew it was next to a cafe but didn’t realize the cafe is also a bar, so there was music till midnight. Fortunately, the music wasn’t as loud as a lot of places and the windows were good at blocking most of the noise. The place was comfortable and the AC worked well. We had the perfect spot to watch the Carnival parade (every Tuesday night Feb- April). Great location for restaurants. No beach here - my husband walked about a block to access the beach. If you want to be close to the action, this is a good choice. Great sunset views too.

    We enjoyed 2 weeks in Kokonut. Condo was spacious and had everything needed for 4 of us. Location is ideal to enjoy the many great restaurants in Grand Case just a short walk down the street. Beach access nearby. We enjoyed the beach up at the Grand Case Beach club, which has public access. Snorkelling was quite good at this beach too. View out over the bay from the balcony was much enjoyed. Comfortable furniture on balcony. king size beds are quite firm. We would recommend this property for a couples visit to Grand Case.

    We had a wonderful stay at the Kokonut apartment. All features of the property were exactly as advertised—parking was easy, the bedrooms were clean and the kitchen and living area were spacious and well furnished. The property looked over the sea from a large veranda and had a nice pool available for use. We enjoyed visiting Grand Case beach and several world class restaurants within an easy walk of the apartment. The rest of the island was easily accessible by car. Communication with Gilles and Tristan was easy, and the check in and checkout process went very smoothly. We highly recommend this property, as well as this location to stay on St. Martin—accessible to everything, and with a more local, neighborhood feel than other more “resorty” parts of this island.

    We had a wonderful stay at Kokonut. Such a great location and the place was very clean and comfortable. The pool was a welcome place to hang out and cool off. Alex was wonderful and showed us everything we needed to know about the place when we first got there. Gilles was easy to get a hold off if we had any questions and responded right away. It was a wonderful place to stay on St. Martin.

    This is our third stay on St Martin and first one in an apartment, and we think we’ll be sticking to staying in apartments in the future. First off, Gille and his team were communicative and thorough. Tristan met us at the apartment to check us in. They left us four beers and some water and coffee pods for the Nespresso. Second, the location of the apartment is superb! We were steps from restaurants and loved being so close to the beach. It made the floor of our daily life easy! Third, the quality of the windows and hurricane shutters are incredible! We were worried that being next to a restaurant would keep us from getting quality night of sleep, but we didn’t for a moment because we could barely hear what was going on. I highly recommend you rent this apartment! I know we will be next year!
