Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A month before our start date the owner backed out of their rental commitment to us that was deposited and made almost a full year earlier. Stubbs took an extremely difficult situation (not fully within their control) and found a way to accommodate us is a similar/better unit. While it was disruptive since we also had to move during our stay, they gave us the best options available to choose from and made the cost neutral. They probably could have told us the owner cancelled and it was out of their control but instead they did all they could to make things right. This is our 4th year with them and they are professional, very responsive to any needs during our stay, have well cleaned and supplied units and can be trusted.

Stayed May 20, 2024We had an amazing week at this property overlooking the Solana beach bluffs. Everything was very thoughtfully stocked and organized and furnished beautifully. We will absolutely stay here again!
