Stayed May 24, 2025We had a wonderful stay during our beach week at Bourny’s Place. It’s an adorable, cozy condo that is conveniently located to everything! (Beach, shops & restaurants!). We thoroughly enjoyed our time there! We’d definitely like to come back! We visited a few of the historical sites, including the nearby lighthouses & the Wright Brothers Memorial Park. The condo is clean & decorated very appropriately. We’d recommend some directions for using the tv/cable as we’re a little technically challenged, but we eventually figured it out. Also, there was no info on how to use the hot tub. The door to get into the spa was locked with a padlock (in which our keys didn’t work!), but the pool was very nice. Thank you!

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was nice, clean. Close the the beach and lots of activities. The pools are super great. Ceiling fans and more lights would be beneficial.

Price was very good for the location so was not expecting the most luxurious place, but served our purpose as a comfortable clean space to stay. The right size for a couple and perfectly located on the border of Kill Devil Hills and Nags Head.
