I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 24 years all but 1 year in the same unit! Love the unit. Stairs are tough but i consider that a workout.

Stayed Jul 27, 2024We enjoyed our stay. Great veiw off the ocean from the balcony. Location was close to most of the activities we wanted to do on our trip. We wouldn't hesitate to book it again.

Stayed Aug 20, 2022I had visited outer banks previously and was excited to share the are with my family. The location was great. The house had a great view. The pool was a huge benefit and the easy access to the beach made it easy for my family.

Having the pool is a great plus. We have been here before & most certainly will be back. If you want a peaceful get away with a beautiful view, this is your spot!

Reviewer Comments: Despite the steps to walk up to the top floor, the location and home were incredible. The shoreline was not as crowded as others, and the pool was not overflowing with people. This Villa is very well kept, beds are comfortable, water pressure - superb, and the home decor was light and user friendly. Very pleased with all of it and would go again!
