Just Beachy | Pet Friendly, Golf Cart, Pool Access

Property was as described and worked well for our group of 8. Would stay again.

Good set up for our family with 3 adult couples and 4 children. Located directly across from the pool and easy beach access. Restaurants and shopping close enough by golf cart.

The condo was great, a bit worn, but clean and worked well for us. Proximity to the beach was perfect. The issues we encountered dealt more with the property management than with the property itself. We were supposed to check in at 4 pm, but the cleaning team did not finish until 4:45. Then we needed to move the golf cart out of the parking space but the lockbox with the key would not open. When I called for assistance, I was told I would need to come to the office to get a key and that they closed in 10 minutes. No offer by them to bring the key to me. After we settled in, we discovered the remote control batteries were dead in one bedroom. Before the weekend was over, they had gone dead in the living room remote as well. We filled the kitchen trash can the first night, took the trash out, and found there were no additional trash bags to put in the can. We had to stack trash on the counter and use Dollar Store bags to deal with it. Oh, and I failed to mention that while we were waiting for the cleaning crew to leave so we could get in, we received a call requesting we come by the office to pick up a front door key because the keypad was acting up. Maybe I am wrong, but it seems like a property management business would be more customer service oriented and would have had someone come to me with the keys. It was also impossible to reach anyone about the battery and trash bag issues. In their favor, we did accidentally leave a suitcase behind and they were able to get it shipped to us. All in all the stay was great, just a few minor annoyances. We enjoyed the pool and the beach.

We had the best time. This is the third year for us to stay there. We had 7 adults & 2 children and it was plenty of room. The pool was a big hit for the kids. We are planning another trip for next year. Thank for the good times.

Plenty of space for a family of 10 with 2 dogs. Cozy decor so we were comfortable but not worried about messing things up. The pool was awesome and kept at 100° as promised. Johnny at Silversands was a big help with choosing this one and I appreciate his patience and hard work. Bring LOTS of your own towels!

Needed a bigger gold cart but that’s the only thing that I would change. The property was perfect for our family.

My sister from Lake Forest California came down for a visit and wanted to take a family vacation to Port Aransas during her stay. Her last trip to PA was over eight years ago and she wanted to see how much it has changed since hurricane Harvey. She was surprisingly amazed how Port Aransas has grown and with all the construction happening! I’m so happy I chose, Just Beachy, at Beachside for our stay! We absolutely loved the condo as it was beautiful, clean, and so inviting. Using the Golf Cart to get to the beach and around town was so fun! My grandchildren certainly did enjoy the pool, too! Next time we plan to stay longer, for sure! Thank you

The home was very clean, nice furniture and comfortable beds. There was plenty of space for our 2 families, 10 people total. It was close to the pool which made it easy, and the pool was nicely heated! It made for a great backup option when it was too chilly and foggy at the beach. My only complaint was the fridge- it never got very cold and the sign on the door says it may take 3-24 hours to chill after you arrive which is frustrating. The golf cart that was included did not run well at all, we actually started avoiding using it which was a disappointment as well. But the size, location, and upkeep of the property definitely made up for any downfalls.
