Great location near beach and ez walk to restaurants and shops.Gated parking, area to lock up bikes, beach, chairs, beach towels, and umbrella supplied. Kitchen was well stocked bathroom was fine (needed extra bath towels.)Another mirror in the bedroom would be helpful.Other than that, it was great!

Stayed Jun 22, 2025This condo is perfectly located - a minute walk to the beach and several minutes walk to restaurants, shops, bars, a grocery store, and the Amtrak station. Santa Barbara and Ventura are a half-hour drive. The unit is ideal for a couple or solos and the owner is very responsive. Pool and hot tub access is included as well as off-street parking.
