Incredible Oceanfront Villa On The Edge Of America

Everything was great. The water heater needs turned up to heat the jacuzzi. I h ad to carry boiling water in a pot to tub.

The beach was amazingly close to the unit which was tremendously convenient for our family. The beach town is so charming, with so many restaurants in walking distance. We had an amazing vacation on Folly Beach this year!

Great view of the beach, walking distance to everything in FB, quiet condo with excellent security for the compound. Excellent beach access.

Great property in a great location! Folly Beach is always fun, but being able to walk to everything is that much better! Place was exactly as described, and Susan was very easy to communicate with. Would stay again!

Beautiful, sparkling clean condo steps from the beach and all kinds of excellent restaurants!A short drive to Charleston in less than half an hour! We loved the balcony which is much bigger than it appears in the photos and is totally private. Parking was also great.

Overall a great location/property- some negatives outside owners control such as beach renourishment going on 24 hours in front of property and some outside work on the complex just down from the unit we were in blocking access to one of the elevators

We were homebound most of the week due to Debby, the tropical storm! The condo was comfortable for the three of us. We watched a lot of Olympics coverage while watching the abnormally large waves and whitecaps out on the ocean. The only drawback was that it was quite a distance from the condo to the beach. I didn’t expect this (I have difficulty walking), so there were days when I didn’t leave the condo. Luckily we had a healthy teenager with us who could carry chairs, run back to the condo if we got to the beach and realized we had left something behind, etc. Overall, it was wonderful spending a week with my best friend and my Godson, whether holed up in a cozy condo or getting fried on the beach!

This is the second time staying in this unit. Location to the beach, restaurants, and shopping are just a few steps away. Charleston is about a 10-15 minute easy drive. Property is always clean!!

The ocean view was awesome but condo needs some updates...new tiling, new carpet in main bedroom or at least cleaning

My family and I enjoyed our stay tremendously! The rooms were clean, and very well stocked with all amenities. I am physically challenged, and has no issues with the room, very accommodating. It was easy check in and out. The location was so nice. We were close to the restaurants, shops, and entertainment. My favorite part was watching the ocean from the balcony . I highly recommend this condo.

This was the perfect spot for our family. We have stayed here before and it is always a pleasure. Oceanfront with a pool is as good as it gets. Love the relaxing vibe of Folly and love that is is so walkable.

Wonderful stay! We wish that we could return every year! 25 years ago I worked on the pier at Starfish grille and it was a great return to the beach and see all of the exciting changes!!!! We absolutely loved being on the beach and being able to go into Charleston and enjoy the history of the city in one stop! Thank you so much for sharing your awesome place with us! If we ever return (we love to try new places and states every year) we will stay at Susan’s place! 100%

The property is beautifully maintained and conveniently situated near the pier and places to eat. We enjoyed watching the beach restoration process in front of the condo. By the end of the week we had a newly constructed strand in front of us. We had a wonderful stay.
