Condo is very well maintained .Kitchen was well stocked , including Keurig machine . Cleaning company had done an outstanding job ! Ample towels and “get started “ supplies . Rental staff were very friendly during check in experience.

The unit was well equipped and nicely furnished. Loved the layout of the unit. The highlight was the screened porch with great views and privacy. One suggestion-the high top table was great for eating outside but some comfortable sitting chairs would have been a plus. Two small ones might fit along with the high top. Island Realty was great. We will rent through them again. Probably the most helpful and professional company we have ever experienced. I will recommend Island Realty and this property to friends.
