In the ❤️ of Downtown Blowing Rock Condo - 1st Floor - 2Bed 2Bath

This property was among the best home rentals I have stayed in. It felt like someone’s home and was kept that way - clean, nicely furnished and with care and warmth from the host. Location was ideal for visiting downtown BR and close by attractions.

Fireplace did not work very disappointing for 300 a day, batteries in smoke detectors bad, beeping, couch was awful, needs to be replaced. Needs bath mats in both bathrooms as my mother almost slipped and fell, main bathroom had no shower curtain and TV s were not set up, had to connect using our utube connection. Other than that it would have been nice.

Our stay was delightful!! Our condo was so charming right down to the chalkboard message encouraging us to have a great visit!! It was incredibly clean and cozy! We could take short walks all around quaint Blowing Rock!We cannot wait to go back!!

The unit was clean. Host communicated very well, check in and check out went very well.

We enjoyed our stay. The only suggestion is that in smaller bedroom, the blind isn't the correct size and you could see in. Other than that , if we head to Blowing Rock again, we would stay in same place. We are senior adult ladies and we were very comfortable. The place was clean.

Great location. Easy access to all Blowing Rock has to offer. Comfortable and quiet. Plenty of parking. Quaint and has everything you need for a relaxing stay.

This is a great location for walking to Blowing Rock activities. There were a lot of people staying at the condos but it was still quiet and peaceful. Great stay!

The Host/Owner did not email the information for getting into the property and there was no cell signal at the property and after driving to a location with WiFi the VRBO app for some reason was not available/functional necessitating a call to a VRBO representative and the rep emailed this information. Upon entering the property there was an immediate stale musty smell. The living area furniture was dilapidated, truly worn out. There were cracks in the ceiling paint with some peeling in the living area and master bedroom. The second bedroom mattress was worn out. The blinds did not completely cover the windows throughout the property and the main entrance door had a side glass that was not covered allowing strangers to peer in. There was a intermittent drip in the master bathroom that I could not locate despite multiple attempts. The wall mounted heater/AC unit had a broken heater thermostat so that once the heat kicked on it remained on throughout the night prompting me to have to get up in the middle of the night several times to turn the heat completely off. This property was not accurately represented.

Great place to stay! Nice sized condo that is walking distance to downtown Blowing Rock. Pharis was very responsive when we had questions. Will definitely stay here again!

Condo works great for our 2 weeks in Blowing Rock!

Love the area. Air conditioning system very loud. Bathrooms could use some updating with toilets and tubs/showers. Overall, we were comfortable.

It was great! Gas logs were nice since it got cold at night up there. Place was easy to find, clean and good owner communication. Will be using this property more in the future!

The condo was very outdated. The amenities were old and the front storm door was broken.

Location was awesome. Could walk to everything. Condo is a bit dated and could use some upgrades. King bed is very squeaky to sit on or move around on. Need more blankets to cover with. Could not get the fireplace to work. A Keurig coffee maker would be nice to have instead of the regular coffee maker. Condo has baseboard heat and wall heating so can get dry feeling. Great area for pets. Locations is perfect to get to all attractions and towns. Host is awesome to communicate with.

My friend and I were in Blowing Rock for 4 nights. The location was very convenient, lots of parking spaces, quiet area with several restaurants within a couple of blocks. We recommend burgers at Blowing Rock Brewery and anything at Twigs especially the zucchini side with salmon. Loved the original art and hardwood floors throughout the condo, nicely decorated and pleasant. I did need my sound machine a couple of nights only because I couldn’t find whether I was hearing a drip, a tic tok from the clock or a click from the ceiling fan. But that was minor and we very much enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful host!
