Ideal location Ocean View Miraflores Condo

The apartment was very clean, quiet and in a great location. Close to everything one would need and want to visit in Miraflores

Beautiful and tidy apartment that was very accommodating to 7 people. Host was very knowledgeable of the area, making great suggestions to build great memories with our family.

Great location, safe area, and overall nice place. The neighborhood is close to many amenities, will be staying here again.

Overall a nice condo but that area is no longer quiet due to constant traffic and barking dogs.Concierges were very pleasant and helpful.The condo needs more fans as Miraflores is more humid now in summertime due to climate change.I still would recommend this condo to families to enjoy their stay in Miraflores

My grandson and his family and I shared this lovely apartment in a good location in Miraflores from December 23 through December 29, 2023. We spent Christmas there and were comfortable and safe during our stay. We liked the 24/7 doorman and the location, near the ocean and close to Larcomar and other entertainment.

We had such an amazing time! Vanessa is best host I have ever had. She's great! The location is the best. Walking distance to many beautiful spots in Miraflores. I highly recommend it and would definitely go back again. Thank you Vanessa for being so helpful and attentive with us. Happy Holidays!

A beautiful condo in a perfect location! Couldn't have been happier with this spacious & well equipped condo. Nice little view of the ocean from the balcony made a great place to spend my early mornings with a cup of coffee & a book. The bedrooms have an amazing amount of storage that allowed us to completely unpack for our two week stay & feel totally at home. The kitchen had everything we needed & was ample & spacious. The location of the condo is superb!! Just a 1/2 block away from Parque Del Amor & a short walk to Larcomar for shopping & food. The Wong grocery story was only a 5 minute walk as well & made it easy for us to stock up on the essentials. The condo has a 24/7 security guard & they were all phenomenal & very helpful with any of our needs & concerns. The property manager, Vanessa, was really great & always very quick to respond & always available to answer any of our questions. Our stay here was very positive & we loved our time at the condo(Gracias, Vanessa!) My only suggestions are: 1) We didn't know that the hot water heater needed to be turned ON when we arrived. Our first morning arriving we all took cold showers. Should have been on or have instructions on arrival. 2) A condo manual would have been really helpful. Figuring out things like the TV remotes, laundry, trash, etc. were challenging. 3) The main TV internet reception was poor & needs upgrading. Overall, we LOVED our stay & we hope to be back again one day staying at this fabulous condo!!

The location was wonderful. The most quiet place I have ever stayed while in Lima. Was quite pleased with that aspect. My wife loved the apartment. If she is happy so am I. Our host was equally wonderful. Highly recommend this property.
