Historical & dog-friendly West End condo with parking - walk to all of Portland

Property was great, looked exactly like the online listing, and was clean upon arrival. Communication with hosts/management was easy and seamless. Location is great, within walking distance of great cafes, restaurants, and shops. Would definitely come back!

The condo was a short drive to the restaurants and shopping at the Old Port and central to the day trips we took to areas both south and north of Portland. The condo was a great space to come back to after our excursions and delicious dinners in Portland.

Very clean and conveniently located, but the parking is challenging. The secret is to back in past the other cars.

We enjoyed the apartment very much. there is only one parking place so that can be tricky if two groups are meeting up for a stay. There isn't a ton of parking in this residential area but you will find it if you wander a little. The apt. is well appointed and comfortable. We liked hanging out there and it was Quiet!

The apartment is spacious, clean, and well equipped. Kitchen is well supplied with all appliances and cookware; lots of bedding in bedroom. Good internet, good showers, three TVs. The West End location is very nice and convenient. Unfortunately our stay was somewhat ruined by the lack of any type of heating in the living room. Even if we blasted the wall units in the bedrooms, the living room did not heat up at all. It would be a very easy fix for the owners to install a wall heating unit in the living room. Please do this for the comfort of guests between the months of October and April.

Most things were wonderful! I do have 3 suggestions 1- it is very cold in there! We had the bedroom heaters on, but the main room was ice cold!! We couldn’t figure out why a home in the northeast had such poor heating. We did find a small space heater hidden in a cabinet on our 2nd night, but it was still cold. 2 - why a window between the bathrooms and the bedrooms? In the middle of the night, everyone is awake when someone turns the light on to go to the bathroom. Have you thought of a blind? Curtain? To block some of that light? 3- the coffee pot. The carafe does not fit the pot. The maker was obviously made with a thermos carafe because as soon as the coffee is made, the whole thing turns off. 30 minutes later, the entire pot is freezing- especially considering that the place is cold already.

Overall a great property. Parking is tight but manageable. Exactly as described in listing. Well equipped kitchen.

The condo was really clean and decently close to downtown. 15 minute walk to most places. Parking is very right and being in the far back space was tricky getting in and out but it worked! Nice touches with upgraded appliances. Overall experience was great!

The condo was in the perfect location and was just right for our trip! Each couple had our own space and we had enough space to hang out! Will definitely stay here again!

The property is very clean & nicely decorated. I was most impressed that the dishes & furnishing are more upscale than some properties I’ve stayed in. The neighborhood is quiet & we felt safe walking to shops, bars & restaurants. Thank you.

The place was great!

A very nice condo with everything needed for a 6 night stay. Close enough to everything (15-20 minute walk) but far enough away to be nice and quiet. Kitchen was stocked with everything needed for a lobster cook at home. The slice of chocolate cake to greet us was a great touch. Thank you and we’ll be back!

Comfortable and pretty!!

The unit was very clean and nicely equipped. We didn’t cook while staying there, but it looked like it was well equipped. This is a downstairs unit. We could hear people walking around and talking. Parking onsite only works if you have a small vehicle. The unit is in the back and parking is tight. When we were there the other tenants had SUVs, making parking onsite impossible. After dinner the first night we had to park 5 blocks away. For the rest of our trip we took Uber to dinner. The area is nice. Walking around the neighborhood is comfortable. There are a few small restaurants walking distance. We enjoyed our time in Portland.

Very close to the airport and located in lovely historic Portland.

This condo is well appointed and comfy. The two bedrooms are at opposite ends of home providing great privacy for two couples. The bathrooms are especially nice and the shower is great. Kitchen well appointed and is supplied with all you need for a short stay. Home is conveniently located and close to restaurants and conveniences.

The location and the property were great. This is the 2nd time we stayed here and it did not disappoint. Last time we were on the 4th floor-this time the 3rd. Noise from people above was quite loud-no parties, just normal activities. Parking was the drawback. We were to have the last spot but the person next door parked their car across from that spot and it was impossible to get in or out. The car parked behind us was a Jaguar SUV which did not help. Had to find parking elsewhere which as you know is not easy. Didn't know if they were supposed to be parking there but if they are you really can't claim there is a parking spot for unit 3 especially if there is someone in unit 3.

Just the best stay. Got to meet the owner on the way in, and he was so personable/helpful with suggestions. Would absolutely book again. 5 stars.
