Happy Days: Oceanfront Condo, Pool, Terrace

This unit fit all of our needs regarding location, cleanliness, and amenities. I would 100% recommend this property to my friends and family and will revisit this if I'm in town in the future!

Checking in- 6. We had decipher the unit number and when we called the number provided we were connected with a satellite company Whitley was nice but couldn’t help. There’s nobody to contact post normal business hours. Entry-6, cockroach, window screens have rotted and broken. The communal living area offers one couch, (comfortable enough) and two chairs (not comfortable at all). So, really only 2 could lounge and in that area. The cable was difficult. There’s a 4-5 code number for channels (ex 1.201), and the menu of channels was divided into 2-3 different channels separated into different places, not together . So you essentially had to find one of the channel menu, make your decision from that screen, memorize the 4-5 digit number and then scroll to that number. Each channel taking 2-3 seconds to buffer before you can move on to the next. TVs are not compatible with streaming sticks nor vital to a vacation but we visited in April, temps were a frigid 50 and rainy, so… With all of that said, beds were super comfortable, bathrooms are nice but hot water ran out pretty quickly. But each bedroom had its own bath. Laundry machines nice. Fridge has door ice maker that is near impossible to get a glass in to catch the water or ice and the buttons to do so are not standard so ya gotta figure that out too. Overall score 7 out of 10. The people of the area are fabtastic

The condo was convenient to acces from the parking garage with carts and an elevator. The furnishings looked brand new and it was well kept. The location was great with quick access to the pool and awesome balcony views. The indoor pool was perfect at night and on rainy days.

Wood construction makes above floor extremely noisy. Otherwise very nice.

We enjoyed our stay at Croatan Surf Club. Unit K2 was comfortable and well maintained . Convenient to many activities and awesome restaurants . Village Realty was fantastic. Great communicators and answered all questions promptly. Professional and A1 property management company

This was our second stay at CSC. We highly recommend CSC for its location as its right in the middle of all attractions as well as close to all of our favorite restaurants. CSC amenities are top notch. We enjoy the pools and hot tub. Honorable mention goes to the large ice maker for filling coolers prior to going out on the beach. This visit we stayed at Cowabungalo unit 2K. Our unit had nice views regardless of the bath house below. However there was absolutely no soundproofing between our unit and the unit above. We heard stomping feet, feet squeaking on tiled floor, things being dropped on floor. It was loud enough to rattle ceiling fixtures. Additionally, there were several maintenance issues (I.e shower and sink drains backing up ) which we figured should have been noticed and repaired prior to our arrival. We really enjoy staying at CSC and would stay there again but the sound issues with 2K would definitely cause us to look at other units.

When we first got here, the linens were not ready yet so there were some people still working on the condo. Not too big of a deal but as we are bustling around to unpack, one of the linen workers asked me if I wanted her to put the linens on the bed. I thought that was interesting as it made her sound like she was trying to punt her job on us. The condo was otherwise clean. The screen door was also not functional and kept coming off. One of the legs of the chair was also loose so we couldn't sit on it. The noise was a huge negative factor. The first night, we were not able to sleep because we could hear EVERY step taken upstairs and unfortunately there was a baby crying most of the night and rest of the week. In addition, there were loud obnoxious people at the pool/hot tub areas talking and yelling 3 nights out of the 6 in the wee hours of the morning. I thought the pool closed at 8 accordingly to this app so I found this extremely annoying. Needless to say, I am exhausted from this stay. It also seemed inc

By far one of my favorite places we have ever stayed at in the Outer Banks. Perfect Location. Love the pool and hot tub. The only issue we had was the beds. Wished there was better quality mattress but other than that, we had no complaints. I will 100% rent from Croatan Surf Club again. Thank you for a great stay.
