Stayed Dec 29, 2025Check in was off site. Not told this would be the case up front. Lazy river was closed down. Not disclosed. Dryer and toaster did not work well. Elevators worked off and on. Kid Hot tub weren’t hot enough And was small. Bar said was open til 6 but stopped serving at 5:30. No store or gym on site at phase 2. Would have liked to know this up front.

Stayed Oct 10, 2025We absolutely loved the location and layout of this unit — it was ideal! The bunk beds were perfect for the little kids, and the kitchen was well stocked, which made meals easy.However, the property management company (Casago) really took away from the experience. Check-in is offsite, and they don’t offer the same services as the resort itself, which was disappointing. For example, we accidentally left our pack ’n play behind and needed one for the rest of our stay — Casago charged 10/day to rent it, couldn’t provide it until the next day, and then arrived late without any communication.Their follow-up and communication were poor overall. I called three times about missing remotes for two of the TVs — someone came to “check” but never returned, which was frustrating with toddlers. We were also told cleaning would be provided twice during our five-night stay, but it only happened once on the second day.While we truly enjoyed the room’s location and setup, the management experience was frustrating enough that we wouldn’t book again unless the unit was managed directly by the resort.
