This charming oceanside condo is waiting to host you for a marvelous Isle of Palms beach vacation! This property offers an intimate one-bedroom, one-bathroom layout for a cozy escape to the shore, perfect for families, a romantic weekend away, or small groups of friends heading to the beach. With access to fantastic community amenities like a private fishing pier, community pool, and beach access to a lifeguarded area, this condo has all you need for a flawless vacation!

Things to know prior to booking your stay:
• The Sea Cabin buildings do not have an elevator. Stairs are used to access all units, including some stairs to the 1st floor.
• Full Disclosure: There are small bunk beds built into the hallway – they are loved by children. They're also a great place to use for extra storage if not being used for sleeping! They measure 24”x72.5” compared to standard twin size of 38”x75”.
• We have upgraded the standard mattress pads to luxury, custom sized mattresses that are very comfortable!
• All units are 490 sq. ft. – they most comfortably accommodate 2 adult guests with smaller children. But while they are smaller, they are still 2x the size of most hotel rooms and include a fully functional kitchen!
• 1st floor condos offer peeks of the ocean from the private balcony! 2nd and 3rd floor offer the best direct views of the Atlantic Ocean!
• Please carefully review all photos including the aerial photo that shows the layout of the condo complex to get an idea of where you'll be staying.
• Washers and Dryers are located next to the pool on the oceanfront; they are coin operated at $3 per load or download an app to pay!
• Parking notes: Each unit is given 1 parking pass.
• The community pool is not heated and is usually open year round.
• No smoking. A $500 dollar fine will be issued in order to professionally get rid of the odor.
• No pets on site per condo regime and condo owner. No exception unless ADA documentation is provided prior to your arrival. A $500 dollar fine will be issued if pet(s) are found on site without proper documentation.
• This property is managed by Carroll Realty, located on the island just 1.5 miles from the condo should you need anything during your stay!

Walk into this home and you'll be greeted by an area that offers up two bunk beds built into the walls—great for kids and parties that need additional sleeping space. The area closes off, essentially creating a convenient private room area. From here you'll journey into the main kitchen and living area, noting the beautifully redone hardwood floors on your way!

The kitchen area is fully equipped, offering sleek countertops, stainless steel appliances, a coffee maker, and a lovely backsplash. This area moves into the living space, which offers up a two-seater dining set, a cushy sofa, and a flat-screen TV. Cuddle up for a vacation movie night or catch up on your favorite programs—the TV has cable, and Wi-Fi is available. As an added perk for groups with more than two, the sofa folds out into a queen-size bed.

While in the living area, you can travel out onto the ocean front balcony, boasting beautiful views and patio furniture for enjoying the coastal breeze. Inside, the main bedroom offers a personal television, and the bathroom has a shower and tub combo. With lots of spaces for relaxing, and so much sleeping space for a one-bedroom property, you can't go wrong with this little condo!

Community amenities you'll enjoy access to include the pool, fishing pier, and beach access. When you stay at this property, you'll be centrally located to the heart of Isle of Palms, including local restaurants, shopping, and beach-town essentials like ice cream parlors and beachwear stores. The county park is only a quick walk away, and local companies rent everything from bikes for cruising the isle to large umbrellas for hanging out on the shore. For those that enjoy a bit of nightlife, you'll also find several lively establishments nearby!

Bike, water sport and beach umbrella rentals are available nearby. Shopping, dining, nightly entertainment and post office are a short walk from the complex.

ALL BED LINENS, KITCHEN TOWELS, AND BATH TOWEL SETS ARE PROVIDED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE!! You will only need to bring or plan to rent beach towels, chairs, bikes, umbrellas, etc. Also included is a 'starter set' of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath and dish soaps, paper towels, etc. but please do keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival.

The Sea Cabin Condominiums share a Community Pool including a kiddie pool, Coin Laundry Facility, and have access to a Private Fishing Pier! These condos are each 490 square feet and are comprised of a three-building complex where all units have private balconies overlooking the beach and Atlantic Ocean. This is also the only lifeguarded area on the island = comfort in safety!

A few important notes to be aware: NO HOUSE PARTIES. NO SMOKING. NO PETS. No exceptions! There is a very strict noise ordinance policy on the island that goes into effect at 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekend nights. The 1 car limit is also strictly enforced. This house is a family rental and is located near year-round residents. This is not a rental home for bachelor/bachelorette events, wedding groups, youth groups, fraternities/sororities, receptions, or any other types of larger gatherings. We do NOT rent to students or anyone under the age of 21 - no exceptions - even if a parent or legally responsible adult makes the reservation. If such a group occupies or attempts to occupy the property, they will be required to immediately vacate and there will be NO refunds given. Further, this home is strictly a non-pet friendly home. Guest will be fined $500 if a pet is found to be on the property at any time.

    Our first time staying at Ola Palms we had a wedding to attend to. Beautiful wedding there on the beach. Location was ideal condo just seem to be very outdated furniture decor paint. Bed was comfortable. My son said the sleeper was comfortable. Just really needs an update.

    Lovely ocean view from first floor, relaxing covered porch. Unit was conveniently located, easy parking in front of unit, a few stairs to unit. Fresh, clean, cute kitchen, good supply of bath towels, sheets, pillows & blankets. A few minor maintenance items (fresh paint, ceiling touch ups) would greatly improve. Management communicated well. Overall, highly recommended!

    Check-in, ease to get to the beach and pool went as instructed. Grands loved their bunk beds and the porch onlooking the area going to the beach. Kitchen had everything we needed for our 3 day trip, clean and ready to go. Loved that there were several places to rinse the sand off of feet, body and play equipment.

    We had a great time. The condo exceeded our expectations. It was very clean and the perfect size for our family (2adults, 1- 7 yr old and a 9 month old). The walk to the beach was short and sweet. A short walk to restaurants and shops just down the street. We loved it and can’t wait to go back.

    The location is excellent. Close to nice restaurants and shopping. The view from our first floor room was better than I thought it would be. Unit is a little dated and could use some freshening up perhaps. It was clean and bed was very comfy It worked out well for what we wanted it for

    Very clean and quiet stay. Loved the walking distance to shopping, food and private beach access. The condo was a perfect space for two, but had space for two little ones with hallway bunk beds. We had a pretty good view from the first floor balcony which was super relaxing. Overall stay was just what was needed for a quick, quiet get away. We enjoyed brunch and dinner at Acme Lowcountry Restaurant. I would say if you are one who likes to sleep in, the location of the bedroom and bed being at the window was very disruptive. Every morning we woke up to people moving about with there bags, barking pets, and loud chatter first thing in the morning. Also, the room had a very strong odor at first when we arrived, I’m sure from it’s close proximity to the water and being closed up. Once we opened the doors the smell improved. I know this may seem small, but I figure this may be worth mentioning. The remote controls for the tv in the bedroom didn’t work and cable TV was not available for both TV’s , forcing you to watch streaming tv. Our overall experince was just as we expected and would absolutely stay here again.

    Definitely a slightly older property that shows some wear but location was great and safe. Parking was easy. Pool was clean and nice. Very short walk to beach. I wish the unit came with beach towels or beach chairs. Communication with rental company was excellent and check in/out with the number key pad was so fast.

    This place was so perfect! The beach and pool was right off the balcony and all the shops and food right out the front door. We had everything we needed in our condo. A very peaceful and beautiful community.

    The room was clean and kitchen well equipped with needed cooking utensils and pots/pans. Only piece missing was a sheet pan. Check in process was easy. I would stay again. As stated in the information about the room the bunks are small and best fitted for small children.

    The property was in a fantastic location. The beach is literally just steps away. The building itself was older and a little run down, as were some of the amenities, like the laundry room. To be fair, we didn't use the laundry room. I just noticed it was in poor shape. The condo was as advertised. It had everything we needed as far as utensils, pots and pans, towels, etc. The reason I gave it 3 stars on cleanliness are the roaches we discovered. I did email the property management, but got no response. It was the weekend, so possibly they don't monitor email on the weekend? Overall, sans the roaches, it was a pretty nice place. The price is affordable and the location is great!
