Channelview is perfectly located in Port Aransas right on the Intercoastal Waterway with a community fishing pier and heated community pool. Just a short drive to the beach. After fishing all day, take your catch to one of the local downtown restaurants just minutes away. Sorry, no smoking, no pets. Parking for 2 cars with required parking permit. Boat parking available, for an additional $20 per night plus tax. Please request when booking.
