Gorgeous 2 Bedroom 2 Bath Condo with One Free Round of Golf Per Day, Pools, Tennis and More!

We have been staying at this property for the last three years. We were there for three weeks this year. The place is spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. Nice screened in lanai where you can watch ducks eating at sunset. Very quiet neighborhood in Bear Trap Golf community. Xplorie activities (golf, kayak, bike rental, etc) included.

Bear Trap is a nice, resort community. The condo was clean, bug free, minimally stocked. We spent more time in the unit than we planned due to sickness so we were as bit sensitive to unit. For instance, the fireplace did not work. There was cable but only in the bedrooms, the main TV was only a smart TV, which was odd. Again not a big deal. Some items were in need of repair, management was receptive to concerns. Cannot beat the free golf offer. Central pool is nice. Parking is easy. First floor living, noisy upstairs. Not sure if this was another renter or owner. There are lots of options for renting in LSD, not sure I would return unless it was a golf outing. If you have a family (young kids) you may want to look to a unit closer to central amenities

Home was well maintained and Clean. Exactly as described and in pictures. Secluded from the crowds but only 12 Minutes from the beach and restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

Beartrap Dunes is a beautiful community. We have stayed here many times. A couple current kinks: Inconsistency of the beach shuttle - paid $55 amenity fee per person and two days the shuttle never came to Stop 4. 1 day, we left after 1 hr. 15 min. and drove ourselves. Restaurant - we went to dine twice. Painfully slow. The second time we left after 1 hr of wait. Upon arrival the condo front door code did not work. We contacted Jeremy by text and he Facetimed us. It was a less than welcoming experience. No Hi Guys! Sorry about this experience. Let's get you squared away. He seemed to not think we entered the code correctly but again, it was not working and he had to give us a new one. He promised we would get instructions to reset it to something shorter (his was 10 digits) but the instructions were not in the condo nor emailed to us as promised. The wifi was out but a simple restart of the router got it going again. The condo was very clean and the decor is very welcoming. Kitchen is well stocked. We used the one free round of golf offer on two different days at Beartrap. The first day (Monday), they had no record that we had a free round coming to us despite the condo management firm making the reservation for us. The second day (Thursday) things went more smoothly. Property mgmt co is obviously not local. VRBO details about shuttle were wrong. No instructions in the condo about where to take trash or recycling. We missed the personal interaction with a local owner.

I’ve stayed in Bear Trap several times. 128E is by far the most comfortable and enjoyable. Back porch offers a quiet pond with ducks, birds, wildlife for a peaceful morning. Golf daily is an awesome plus. Location of property is perfect for us. Booking, check in and check out is easy. Jeremy, our contact to property management, is responsive and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 128 October Glory in Oceanview, DE last week (June 2023). The house itself was beautifully furnished and well-maintained. It provided us with a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. The location of the property was perfect, offering convenient access to the beaches, the charming town of Oceanview, restaurants, grocery stores, and other amenities. While the community pool was within walking distance, we found it more convenient to drive, especially when carrying pool gear. However, we did encounter a few issues during our stay. Firstly, the master toilet was not properly secured and tended to move. Additionally, we discovered a dirty pan in one of the drawers, which had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. The pantry floor had chocolate chips scattered all over it, which was not a welcoming sight upon our arrival. Furthermore, the back patio table had not been cleaned. Another minor inconvenience was the lack of clear labeling on the remotes, the lack of essential cooking items such as cooking oil or spray, and no cutting board. While it is not uncommon for guests to leave such items behind in most rentals, this particular property required us to remove everything, including napkins and paper towel rolls, which we could have left for the next guests. Lastly, the kitchen and bathroom faucets could benefit from an upgrade. Despite these issues, the experience was comfortable and enjoyable. We would recommend this property for future guests.

We've stayed in another condo and a home in Bear Trap and this condo by far was the best. We will definitely be coming back as we have family that live in Ocea View. Can't wait to come back.

We really enjoyed our stay in this townhouse. It was very clean and well equipped. All the ustensils, dishes and pots were available to cook. Very well appointed. We have enjoyed the screened-in porch and the location close to Bethany Beach. When I have booked this place, I was a bit worried because the were very few reviews. However, we were not disappointed and we would book this place again with no hesitation. Check in procedure was very easy (lock code for the door). We have not had any issues during our stay. People in Bear Trap Dunes are very friendly and we felt very secure. Also enjoyed a few rounds of golf. The staff at the golf course were also were friendly.

Enjoyable stay, very well supplied kitchen, extra “free” amenities, great location, comfortable bed (we only used 1 BR). Living room furniture adequate, sofa & loveseat not to comfortable for us; soft & slouchy type, we’re 70ish!! lol

We had a wonderful time during our stay. Bear Trap Dune is a Beautiful development and everyone at the club house was very friendly and helpful.
