On the beach. Fabulous location. Great complex. Close to everything. Extremely clean. Great hosts. Can’t say enough.

Condo was even better than I expected! Perfect location and perfect for my family of four! Two teen boys age 17 and 15 and a family of scuba divers. Condo had everything we needed! Thank you for a great stay! Really loved the pictures you have taken and framed around the condo and the books where you labeled all your underwater pictures!!

Our family of four had an absolutely flawless 10/10 stay at this condo, and it truly served as the perfect home base for our Grand Cayman adventure. The location is unbeatable, but the absolute highlight was having incredible snorkeling right off the beach just steps away from the pool; it kept our two teenagers entertained for hours without us ever needing to leave the property. Inside, the condo was impeccably clean and beautifully furnished, providing a comfortable and high-end feel that made relaxing after a day of island exploration so easy. We loved everything Grand Cayman had to offer and cannot recommend this condo or this vacation highly enough for anyone seeking the ultimate Caribbean getaway.

This condo is just as described, a beautiful beachfront stay!I so enjoyed the wonderful spaciousness of this condo and the views are great. I love being able to see the cruise ships come in and out of Cayman daily, just my favorite place to be in February/March instead of Michigan. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Initially, we shared some of the same concerns as others—there’s no big sandy beach right in front, and it’s a 15-30 minute walk to many restaurants. The listing suggests you’ll need a car for the best experience, but we found that wasn’t necessary at all. If you’re traveling on a budget, just walk one block to catch any of the three buses that run along Seven Mile Beach on West Bay Road. For only 2.50, they arrive in less than 10 minutes and operate like taxis, stopping when you hail them, until around 7 p.m.We’ve visited during some of the busiest times of year—Christmas, February winter break, and spring break—and I enjoyed staying here far more than at the Sunrise Suites or the Westin! We always had access to chairs by the pool, umbrellas, and excellent swimming and snorkeling right in front of the property. While the beach is rocky, there’s a ladder that lets you climb straight into fantastic snorkeling waters.My husband especially appreciated not having to wake up at 6 a.m. to reserve chairs, like he did at the Westin. It was peaceful, quiet, and perfect. The pool was never crowded—just a few people daily, and only a few kids. There’s also a fantastic and reasonably priced Irish bar across the street, which was great for watching sports, a steak house and tie place. The location is ideal—close enough to the busier parts of the area to be convenient but far enough away to feel peaceful.
