Property close to golf, shopping and restaurants. Buildings need cleaning, elevator needs air vents. Overall nice vacation.

The unit was well stocked very clean and Ocean View was incredible! Not a lot to do in area but reading on deck listening to waves was very relaxing. Only downfall NO elevator and there were many steps to get to top floor. lugging luggage and groceries was not an easy task. There were directions to an elevator but we Never found one. It was a condo unit we checked underneath and around the sides. so if you are elderly or not able to climb steps easy do not choose.

The overall stay was good. We enjoyed the view, the beach and the pool. There are a couple of opportunities for improvement:1. We could have used more dishwasher detergent packets-two more at least.2. One roll of paper towels is not enough for a week os stay.3. The patio door is extremely difficult to open once locked. 3. The internet was not available, even after restarting the router.

Condo has a smell and the furniture is old and dated. Bed was comfortable, refrigerator door handle was broken off. Mostly we just slept there after our family time in the Sun and at the beach Location was good. We had this reunion to gather for a memorial for our granddaughter who passed away and she wanted her ashes spread at Ocean Isle

The view, the pool, outdoor areas, and the walk to the beach was great. The condo not so much… the tvs in the photos did not work. They had smaller TVs sitting in front of them, and even then one didn’t work and needed replaced during the stay. The tv in the living areas speaker is busted. The stand under the tv was broke and had sharp edges making it unsafe for smaller children. The furniture outside had to be replaced after 3 of the 4 chairs broke. The dishes were dirty. The room was not very clean upon arrival. Will definitely be back to OIB, but unfortunately will have to find a different place to stay.

The large tvs pictured did not work, they had small tvs sitting in front of them, but even then we had to call to have one replaced because you couldn’t change the channel. The tv in the living rooms speaker is busted. Dishes were dirty. None of the patio furniture was safe to sit on. One chairs fabric ripped as soon as we sat down, one chair completely fell off the base right after sitting in it, then to top it off my husband sat in a rocking chair and it completely fell through causing him to hurt himself. There was a decor shelf in the living room that was broken with sharp edges which was unsafe for our child. Was not very clean upon inspection after arrival. The only thing we loved was the view, the walk to the beach wash short, and the pool/outside property was nice, and the lock on the gate to the beach and pool was very nice. Will be back to OIB, unfortunately will just have to look for a better condo/house..

Nice property amenities, condo was comfortable but floors were very dirty and carpet is stained. Master bed was soft and comfortable, 2nd bedroom bed was very hard. Linens were good shape but most of the furniture was worn, and unit needs a deep clean.

This condo was clean and nicely equipped. Great location on the island. The pool was clean and in good condition. Communication with Vacasa was easy and frequent. We would stay here again.

It was clean. There was no smell. The beach view and access were awesome. The condo was cutely decorated. The kitchen could have used some more items, but other than that … it was such a nice experience! We would definitely return.

The unit overall is as described, however, the description leaves out a few things. We had to change the hvac filter that was filthy, the smell and air quality improved immediately. There was some sort of nasty bug trap device on the counter top that has a fan that's extremely dusty/dirty. We had to clean the top of the fridge before using as temp storage for misc items. We cleaned the underside of the microwave including the filter before cooking on the stove top as it was disgusting. The closet housing the washer/dryer unit is an entire fire code violation in of itself, the clutter in the closets are unreal. In the closest housing the washer/dryer, there's all manner of items lying on the dryer duct along with paint and other items stored. We didn't attempt to use the unit as we were not sure what may happen. The ceiling fans are so dusty we made sure not to switch them on. The rack in the main bath is all rusted and nasty as well as the shower curtain rod, just ridiculous. So much rust in fact, the rust came off, on to the towels. The blinds are to dated, especially the blinds for the sliding door, they to are rusty and hardly work. The screen door leading to the main entry door is too something to behold, a relic. On our first morning, we prepared to make breakfast and discovered food from the previous guests still clinging to the pots and pans, so we hand washed everything we thought we may use and separated from the other dirty dishes for our use. I'm out of characters.

Great place to stay with great balcony views of the beach and ocean. The pool is a great bonus when you are tired of being on the beach and in the ocean. We spent a ton of time at the pool. Great neighbors the week we stayed and everyone was very friendly!

Overall, really enjoyed our stay. Loved the view from the balcony and the close proximity to the beach.

We truly enjoyed our time here. The views were spectacular, the beach and pool access was easy, and the condo had everything we could need. Not having to pack all of our linens was so nice. There was even a crock pot for making easy meals! We had a wonderful week and will definitely book again in the future. Thank you for sharing your beautiful place!
