Folly Beach Condo with Beautiful Oceanview! Walk to Downtown!

The city bro is very spacious and clean. The owner is very prompt to respond to any concerns. I love that the cupboards had good quality pots and pans to cook with and stocked well. The outside patio was a favorite place to people watch, eat, read or relax on too!

Location location location! You absolutely cannot beat this spot. Everything you wanted to do was walkable. House was clean and had everything we needed. My toddler loved people watching from the balcony and being so close to the beach made trips easy. Would absolutely stay here again.

The perfect beach spot at Folly. Clean, super friendly host, kitchen with everything I needed, did my laundry before I left and came back with clean clothes in my suitcase. Amazing and hope to return soon. Outstanding.

This is a fantastic condo! It was so clean and Pam had everything we needed for a wonderful getaway. The location is perfect. It's a quick walk to the restaurant and shops in town and steps away from the beach. The porch was great for reading and relaxing. I can't wait to come back!

The unit was so nice unfortunately there was a lot of construction going on early in the morning and into late afternoon. The deck was adorable but just too noisy to sit outside and enjoy. Maybe for future guests let them know about the construction going on because it’s loud

The title says it all! Great place to stay, convenient to shopping, restaurants, and the beach. Everything we needed was provided: linens, towels, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and even beach chairs with beach wagon!

Wonderful stay for a work conference! The host replies promptly if needed and she has thought of all the little things most host do not. My favorite thing was the air conditioner worked really well which was very important to me personally! I want to go back with my kids next time. It’s an ocean view and a very easy walk to the beach!

My husband and I stayed in this condo for several days, with family staying at another property close by. The condo was clean and very comfortable. Nice view of the ocean and VERY easy walking distance to the beach and restaurants. We loved Bert’s store which is conveniently located a short distance behind us. Our only issue was the young revelers staying in a property behind us (not our same building). They partied beyond 2:30 am on Saturday morning. This had nothing to do with the charming condo, though. We would definitely stay again.

This was our second stay here and the location is perfection. Everything you could want: laundry, full kitchen, perfect views on the front porch - this place has it all. We love the dedicated off-street parking space (parking in FB can be tough), close to everything on Center St, Bert’s and Dead Low Coffee so you don’t even need your car - park it, and forget it. The host is excellent, great communication throughout. Also love the easy check-in process (self)!

My husband, teen daughter and I enjoyed our stay so much! It was the perfect amount of space for the three of us and the location was absolutely wonderful. Parked the car on arrival and didn’t drive again until we departed. Walking to the beach, shops, restaurants and grocery store was so easy and fun. The condo was even better than the pictures showed and the porch overlooking the ocean was cozier than imagined. Pam was a great host and we can’t wait to book another trip.

Loved this condo. The most convenient location- steps from the beach and a couple blocks from the main street. We spent all afternoon one day reading on the couch on the porch.

Very functional space , well equipped and very convenient location

We lucked out finding this gem a few days before our trip! It is a nice escape after sight seeing in Charlrston. Other than hearing the folks above us, it was very quiet. Cute area and the beach is beautiful! Owner was very responsive. We highly recommend!

A Slice of Heaven is just that- perfect in every way. We had never been to Folly, so it was my birthday wish to go in February. We found the best place to stay. Yes- it was chilly, but we could always see and hear the ocean. We are taking beautiful treasured memories home with us.

Location was accurate and clean. It was a very slow time of year which was expected. Upstairs unit had a large group which was at times disruptive.

Stayed Nov 7-10 2024. Great location! Sitting on the porch and watching the waves of the ocean was priceless. Chico Feo restaurant and bar is by far the best find for us and steps away! BEST Cuban sandwich we have ever had! We drove into Charleston for 1/2 day to eat and shop but Folley Beach is our favorite spot! Would stay here again and again.

This was a last minute trip that turned out perfect. The location, the weather, the condo itself, Everything just perfect. We will be back again!!

This is a wonderful home away from home! As someone visiting Folly without a car, this location was superb. I could walk to Bert’s Deli and any restaurant in town easily. The beach is directly across the street and the provided beach chairs were a bonus. The porch was my favorite place when not on the beach. I am already hoping I can return here next year.,

My wife and I stayed here and thoroughly enjoyed the convenient location. We did decide to leave a day early for fear of coastal flooding due to Hurricane Milton. The beach is very walkable and the restaurants were great!

This was our 3rd stay. Close to center st and Bert’s is on the corner. Can sit on porch with a view of ocean. House well equipped and very clean.

This condo was absolutely perfect! Super clean, comfy queen bed, everything we needed!! The beach was right across a small street. The balcony was perfect to sit and watch the ocean! So relaxing! The air conditioning malfunctioned and Pam was easy to contact and had it fixed within hours! We would love to come back and stay agai !!

This is really a great property. Love the front covered porch and location. Pam answered my questions quickly and was so easy to work with. Everything you need is available. My only suggestion might be for a queen/king instead of a full size.
