First-floor beach condo w/Gulf and ocean views and two covered decks

The property was very nice. Location was amazing. All of the shops and restaurants were amazingly close. Very walkable and safe. The inside of the unit was clean and had plenty of space. The interior was a bit dated but clean. The unit gets a little hot at night and they have a rule not to set the thermostat below 72. That was probably the only negative. The rental company was very easy to work with. Overall a very good experience. I would stay there again.

Our balcony had a nice view of the ocean and the pier. We enjoyed that very much.

Great location. We ended up not needing the 3 bedrooms, but a very nice place.

This was an amazing space for gamily of four with two little kids. The location to the beach, shopping and restaurants was perfect. A lot of space inside and had everything we needed. The host was very responsive with questions ahead of time and during our stay. I would suggest bringing plastic cups/plates if you have little kids. I would come rent this place again!

Everything good.. but some food items kept for use were past expiry

We chose this property for a mother/daughter weekend getaway. The pictures matched it exactly; welcoming, colorful, clean and bright and easily accessible per steps or elevator. The BEST location in relation to onsite parking, access to beach and walkable to several restaurants/bars. The back master bed is high to get into, but front room bed is normal height. Nice views of beach from first and second floor balconies. Everything we needed was there. Aside from previous guests leaving sand on toys in closet, this place was perfect! We recommend this lovely condo highly and plan to bring the boys next time!

This place was a great location to food and beach. Home was nice and clean. The food options were awesome in the area. There was live music and nightlife within walking of the condo. Would definitely stay again.

Location and setup was perfect for our family of 4. Will be back again!

Very welcoming and great stay

Easy process, convenience all round

Everything was clean!!! The location was right by the beach. Restaurants and the Folly Beach Fishing Pier were a block or 2 away. The other places we planned to visit were within 10-15 miles. We will definitely stay here again.

Condo was very clean. It’s spacious and suited my family of 5 very well. Great location. Beautiful ocean view. Appliances work well and property manager was responsive in a timely manner. Great stay.

Very nice place to stay that is a stones throw from the beach and center street. Plenty of room for everyone who stayed there, clean property, and quick responses from the owners.

Our first trip to Folly's beach. This property was great. Perfect location. Walk across the street to the beach. Restaurants are only a block or so away. It has all the annemeties we would expect. We even got a nice surprise as they had beach toys and chairs for us to use. We will definitely be renting here again

All was as advertised. We had a great 2 nights.

The condo was clean and nicely decorated. Both of the balconies were nice to sit outside and enjoy the weather. The upstairs balcony had a better view of the ocean. The location was perfect for walking downtown or to the beach and pier.

It would be more comfortable to have newer furniture. Seemed to be a little worn. The master bedroom and bath was great! There were a few minor issues the worst being the heat ventOver the bunk beads. It was too hotMost of the time to sleep there because it was broken. Overall it was a great place though.
