Stayed Nov 14, 2025Very cute and great location. We loved the outdoor space, and convenience to all the shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay in the Fire Tower again!

Stayed Dec 14, 2024Yes, the review states there would be street noise. However, we did not realize the condo was next door to a bar that had a live DJ from 9 until 2am. The single paned windows and the white noise were no match for the sound system downstairs. They also didn’t minimize the noise of the trash truck at 5am. This would be a great spot if you’re going to Charleston to party-the location can’t be beat-but if you’re there for a relaxing weekend, beware. Also, be careful to arrive before dark. The driveway to 9.5 Cannon (loading/unloading) was so difficult to find! Then the code we were given to get in at that location did not work. It didn’t take long to get in touch w/management (15 min or so), but there were several codes we were given that did not work. We got tired of calling/texting for help and just walked around the block to the gate that we were able to open. The parking was another bit of confusion. There is “guaranteed” parking in the lot across the street. We were there on a big party weekend and there were zero spots left. I asked the management company if there was an assigned spot (there is not) or if we just have to wait until someone leaves. It wasn’t clear that they knew the answer. Finally, after about 45 minutes we got lucky and found a spot. Keep the ticket you get when you enter the garage- to get out, enter that ticket first, then the voucher left in the condo. Also, pack light. The spiral staircase was terrifying with a not-too-heavy bag.

Stayed Nov 8, 2024Perfect location. A little noisy at night but that is because people are having a good time. Amazing adaptive reuse of the site and building. Parking across the street if fine. Comfortable and smart furnishings. Will come again.
