Stayed Jul 20, 2024Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Double check to see if the deck is actually there. I booked it expecting it since it was in the pictures and it turned out to be under construction and unavailable as was private beach access. It wasn't a huge problem, but is basically false advertising to have pictures in the description that do not actually exist. Other than that one thing, everything else was perfect!

Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to Ptown for a long time and this was our second stay at the unit. We like it very much with a harbor view and close to everything. Max the agent could not be nicer or more helpful.

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My partner and I stayed for the last 2 weeks of July. At first we were disappointed that the common deck with steps to the beach was closed due to storm damage. However the very short walk to Flyers for beach access made this a non-problem. The private deck is extremely nice with a beautiful harbor view, and the awning makes it comfortable in hot sun. For such a small unit the bathroom and kitchen are surprisingly good. Of course it's in the middle of everything, with Pop&Dutch adjacent.And very importantly, no one could be more helpful and friendly than Max.
