Stayed Aug 24, 2025Very well-located and super clean - we were very happy with our stay, mostly. The upstairs bedroom window has a giant crack in it, so we were afraid to try and open it for safety reasons, but thankfully it wasn't a hot weekend, so it wasn't an issue. Some of the other window cranks are similarly damaged and unusable, or the windows were stuck. But the unit is cozy and well situated and obviously the views of the river and experiencing the sound of the river every day was such a treat. Weirdly, how to operate the shower portion of the bathroom tub wasn't intutive, but we eventually figured it out. A great stay!

Stayed Aug 12, 2025The location is amaizing. While the unit could use some updating it was very clean and had everything we needed. The balcony view was fantastic and we spent many breakfast outside. Besides one noisy neighbor one night it was very quiet and everyone respectful of quiet hours. It was a bit hot and a few more fans would be helpful but I think it was just unseasonably warm while we were there. Host was very responsive as well.

Stayed Jun 15, 2024The location of this place can't be beat. The river right there, the balcony overlooking the river. We saw deer and elk and fished for a couple kinds of river trout while we were there. Also perfect proximity to both downtown Estes (8 min drive) and Rocky Mtn Natl Park (8 min drive).
