Stayed Dec 24, 2025Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed over Christmas. The townhome is very nice and seems newly renovated compared to others in the complex. It is a short walk to the beach. We had a wagon and I’d recommend bringing one to carry chairs, coolers, etc. The tennis and pickleball courts are in good condition. We didn’t use the pool but looks nice and would be great in warmer months since you are a little further from the beach. Overall it’s a great rental!

Stayed Aug 16, 2025Wonderful place to send the week. Ample space to host my whole family. Clean. Pool was great. Pickleball court was right outside. The house was well stocked and stayed cool in the heat! Another thing to note… we usually stay right on the beach but we plan to return to this location next year!

The Island Realty staff were informative and helpful in setting up our stay and answering any questions and were prompt with any issues. The house was beautiful, had everything we could imagine and then some. Clean, comfortable and a perfect location. Plenty of space for our family! We had an amazing vacation and will be back.

The location is perfect and the space is beautiful. We rent a golf cart to get around Wild Dunes so getting to the beach is much easier.

Reviewer Comments: This was our second trip to Wild Dunes and we were very happy with this villa. It was clean, comfortable, beautifully furnished and had everything we needed. The walk to the beach was easy. Bathrooms have not been updated much but they were spotlessly clean and worked just fine.
