Executive style condo on the strip

Exceptional find for our multi-week booking. Superbly designed, thoughtfully furnished, walkable to restaurants/entertainment, and safe access to condo and parking. Owner replies very timely. Would choose again!

Great location, like brand new. Bed was super, furniture was new, felt like I was at home. Centrally located, great Resturant’s all around. Easy parking, was a wonderful place to stay. They had everything in the unit to be comfortable. I’ll be back there next time I’m in Grand Rapids. Thanks

This property looks EXACTLY as pictured. Spotless and feels like brand new. The good: Very clean. Great location, walking distance to everything we wanted. Rooftop patio is super nice and amazing at night. Spacious for only being one bedroom. Property manager communicates quickly. Netflix is hooked up and has DVD player. We didn’t use the wines and mini liquor bar but it was really cool to have and with reasonable prices!! The bad: parking is nuts. Property manager tells you that there is parking but didn’t say you can only use it for one car...don’t count on nearby parking either, much less free parking. Apartment is very minimal. Has every glass you could want and dishes along with some pots and pans, but that’s about it. A single kitchen serving spoon, scissors, salt and pepper, olive oils, tea/tiny bit of coffee and that’s it. No spatulas, cooking sheets, sprays, not even trash bags. Very bare minimum. Weird quirks: Door is a little goofy. ALWAYS take the fob with you. Had a dishwasher but no dishwasher soap. Minimal toilet paper. Not much else, don’t count on even a pen.

The owner was really quite helpful and friendly. She helped manage a few significant issues with overbooking and was quite fair. Property was listed on more than one rental app so was overbooked. Few issues though, the listing said there was a pool/hot tub and there wasn’t. Stated the property slept 4 people and while there was room for 4, there were no linens available for those sleeping on the couch. There was a washer/dryer but no detergent. Property was clean and convenient for our purposes.
