Reviewer Comments: Great location with awesome views we really enjoyed sitting on the patio watching all the boats. Convenient location to walk to restaurants,shops and beautiful Lake Michigan. We will definitely stay here again!

Stayed Jul 11, 2025Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First off - they weren’t ready for us to check in at 4pm. They were an hour late getting it cleaned and ready for us which was irritating with nothing to make up for it.The pool was gross - literally had spiders and bugs floating around. The hot tub was also pretty gross and when we put the jets on it overflowed and something with the chemicals when the steam came up made my eyes burn. The building was old and not updated very well.

Stayed Jun 19, 2025We book the space for 4 adults to weekend of Charlevoix marathon! all we had to do was roll out of bed and basically we were at the start /finish line. Amazing location. The condo complex is got plenty of amenities & price was amazing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE

It was clean and comfortable. The door wall screen was not working making it impossible for us to shut off air conditioning and getting fresh air. We would stay here again.

Stayed Oct 14, 2023The checking in was easy, Nicole at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. The condo was a perfect location to town and it was clean, beautifully decorated and had every amenity you need.
