*Primary Suite – King Tempurpedic bed with ensuite bathroom (shower + tub).
*Second Bedroom – King bed, twin loft, king trundle, and ensuite bath.
*Additional sleeping accommodates children or guests in the loft and trundle beds, comfortably hosting up to six guests.

Inspired Bathrooms
Two full bathrooms feature marble countertops and are stocked with fresh towels, hot water, and starter toiletries, including soap, shampoo, and conditioner.

Relax on one of the two large porches with direct views of the ocean and beach. The screened porch provides a private space for entertaining or watching children at the pool. The condo offers unmatched privacy while keeping you just steps from the ocean.

Guest Access & Parking
Guests have full access to the condo and its private porches, living areas, kitchen, and bedrooms. Parking is provided for up to two vehicles. Guests receive a unique numerical code for entry 14 days prior to arrival.

Beach Gear - Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights receive a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddle-boards, and more – the choice is yours! Bonus for booking your vacation with IOP Escapes!

Linens / Toiletries - All bed linens, kitchen towels and bath towels are provided for your convenience. Also included is a starter set of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, shampoo & conditioner, paper towels, etc., but please keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival.

Parking - A maximum of 2 vehicles can be parked at this property.

✧ Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

✧ You acknowledge that you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.
✧ You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed the rental agreement and provided a copy of valid ID.
✧ Any guest who confirms a reservation will be responsible for damages in an amount outlined in the rental agreement. An authorization hold in the amount of $500.00 will be placed on your credit card. It will be removed once you check-out and if nothing is damaged.

1) Local guest reservation requests are subject to further review and questions. Please provide full name, # of guests, and reason for booking.
2) Reservations should include the correct number of guests staying. Please ask the host for permission to bring visitors over to the property.
3) Isle of Palms Noise Ordinance must be followed. Any violations of the noise ordinance are cause for immediate removal.
4) Please be courteous and respectful of the other neighboring residents and guests. Any behavior that results in a complaint by a neighbor, building resident, or HOA is considered violation of this rule.
5) If you have any issues during your stay, please notify us immediately. At check-out please leave the place as you found it upon your arrival. Any costs to repair or replace an item, fixture, or furnishing found damaged after your stay must be compensated by you. All damage and replacement costs include a labor charge.
6) Smoking, Vaping, and Parties of any kind are strictly forbidden.
7) Guests agree to follow the cancellation policy at the time of booking, and agree to any cancellation fee that may apply in the event of a cancellation. Guests agree there are no exceptions to the policy including illness, travel restrictions due to weather, and reasons related to Covid-19. Travel Insurance is offered to cover losses for cancellations during full penalty cancellation period.
10) Guests should inspect the property upon checking-in and notify Management of any issues, damage, missing amenities, or unsatisfactory conditions. Should there be an issue, guests will allow a reasonable amount of time during business hours for Management to address or provide a solution for any reported issues, or unsatisfactory conditions.
11)Pet fee required for all pet friendly rentals

* It is the guests' responsibility to ensure they have all their belongings before checking out. If guests would like an item shipped to them, there is a minimum of $25 shipping and handling fee plus the cost of shipping. We will hold items for 1 week if guests would like to coordinate a pickup of an item.

    My family of four spent a wonderful week at this property to include the July 4th holiday. The location truly can not be beat! We had such easy access to the pool, which the entire family enjoyed, as well as the beach which was steps from the condo. The beds and furniture were all comfortable and well kept, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed (even covered baking dishes for our 4th of July side dishes.) A few tips from our stay: * We found outdoor eating a better experience on the screened porch. (Frankly, the screened porch was a favorite spot overall.) It kept the bugs at bay very well and was big enough for us all to gather. * The outdoor gate to the front porch/outdoor dining area was a really nice touch that made the condo feel so private.* There were luggage carts available about midway down the hallway, as well as ramp access--a huge help since the parking lot is on the opposite end of the hall from the condo.* The bottom bed in the bunkbed room is HUGE. Photos don't do it justice. We did not use the roll away bed underneath, but it is there. * There are chair/umbrella rental and set up services available for the beach. We did not use those, but brought out own chairs and canopy. Every window on one side of this property offers an ocean view, so it was easy to see when the umbrellas were starting to go up in the mornings so we could go down and also claim a spot with our canopy.So many great things to say, but I'm out of characters.:)

    Very nice property. It was great staying where everything worked as it should! Very helpful notes for TV, etc. All lights were labeled, can tell owners take pride in this unit.

    Great location to beach and pool. Views from all rooms were amazing. Home was well stocked. Hair in guest shower and open container of shampoo left from previous guest. Large booger at eye level on guest bathroom door. Also, pee stained on both mattresses covers.

    Nice place for a small family. Great location, close to beach and pool. Nice views from every window. Kitchen is nicely stocked, shelves hard to reach if you’re short. We did have an issue with housekeeping unfortunately, but was handled by management quickly when they were notified.

    Stayed here 2 years in a row! Love seeing the ocean from all vantage points. Easy access to beach and pool. Beds and furniture comfortable. Decor tasteful and restful befitting the beach without being over the top. We have stayed in 3 or 4 different Tidewater units and this is our FAV!

    The unit was clean and very convenient to get to the pool and beach. Views of the beach and ocean from the unit. We had 2 adults and 3 kids and it worked out great for us. Would stay here again.

    We loved this condo and had a fantastic time! It was the perfect getaway and the proximity to the beach and pool cannot be beaten!
