Stayed May 27, 2025Unit was clean, pools and facilities were clean. Carmen the prop manager was great to work with. Got to spend a day at the Mayan Palace which was a nice treat. Would highly recommend and stay here again.

Stayed Jul 3, 2023My family has stayed next door at Luna Blanca many times. This was our first time at Encanto. We love the location , which keeps us coming back year after year. Amazing views, unrivaled stretch of beach, great facilities and very helpful staff. The condo itself left a lot to be desired. The or those, for its price, should be in much better condition. All of the window coverings were either tattered, or falling off of the rods, or did not actually cover the entire windows. The kitchen was very sparsely equipped. I’ve experienced much better next door at LB. Overall we enjoyed our stay, but this property has some deferred maintenance needs that don’t make it worth the high price.

Stayed Mar 15, 2022Great Place. There was 10 of us ages 2-63 and it worked out great. Love that we could use the Mayan Palace but honestly only went there one time in 5 days as the location of the resort was all we needed. Enjoyed Golf at the Mayan. View was amazing on the 12th floor for sure!! As understood location is out from Rocky Pointe, which is good and bad....less people, more of a drive to town etc.... The place is plenty big but could stand to have more furniture etc... in the bedroom etc...! We would stay again.

Stayed Oct 1, 2020No hot water in showers, not even warm Only kitchen water was warm that's my main complaint that was brought to management and was never addressed so we checked out a day early Other issues: living room tv speaker busted, ceiling fans need to be properly installed, there was more but I'm over it
