Stayed Sep 30, 2022This condo is located on a quiet stretch of beach. The pool area is wonderful and peaceful, with great view to enjoy the ocean. The condo itself is spacious and perfect for a family gathering. The Kivoya staff were very communicative, proactive, and helpful in making our stay seamless. Thank you so much! Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Mar 14, 2022Beautiful, spacious condo. We LOVED the expansive views of the sea. Carmen was very responsive whenever we had any questions or concerns. I loved that I could text her directly. And she responded immediately. After reading some previous reviews, we took extra soap and toilet paper, but never needed our own supplies.

Stayed Oct 2, 2021Check in was quick and easy. They spoke English and Spanish both. Very accessible by phone when we had an issue with Wi-Fi. Gorgeous view of beach and pool and relaxing the whole week.
