I have rented from Greenday a number of times. I have found them to be very reliable and accommodating . I find their service to be far superior to booking a rental online. With greenday there are no surprises . You can be guaranteed that you will renting a unit that will be clean and well looked after. Also if there are any issues greenday is available immediately to address your concerns.

We returned to the desert for the month of May which is the best month! And we selected Elegant Lakeside Villa as the perfect spot to spend the month - perfect in size for our needs and a perfectly equipped Greenday Property - possibly the best-equipped kitchen of our several Greenday stays. We cannot recommend Dan and his Greenday Team highly enough for a carefree stay in the desert. This unit is ideally situated overlooking a small lake with Mt San Jacinto in the distance and a very generous patio to enjoy each day & evening. The pool is a short walk away along with the tennis club at Mission Hills G&CC. We couldn't have enjoyed our stay more and returned home fully re-charged until our return for the Winter Season. Everything you need is provided. All requests are responded to promptly. Stunning views. Beautiful and comfortable condo. Centrally located in the Coachella Valley. Easy access to airport, I10 freeway, restaurants and multiple sites throughout the valley.

The condo was well furnished, and the patio was gorgeous. Ryan was very nice and helped us get situated. I'm sure anyone who wants a great vacation would love staying here on the lake. Thank you

This condo came with everything we needed and more. It had all the kitchen supplies you need to cook your own meals along with a grill, which we used almost every day. There was no shortage of closet space for my wife and I, and we brought all our clothes as we are out here for my work. On top of all the practical uses of this property it is also extremely luxurious feeling. The neighborhood is also very beautiful and the people here are very kind. Althoguh it is a condo, it never felt like I was too close to my neighbors; I didn't even notice them. The Greenday vacation staff were always ready to answer any question or handle any concern. I even got some recommendations on things to do around town and where to find some good hiking trails. The only thing I have to complain about is the A/C was limited to 74 deg F on the low side. I was told this was to prevent the A/C from running continuously, and I believe them. However, 74 indoors took some getting used to. I would definitely stay here again if I find myself in the Rancho Mirage area, especially when everything opens back up post-covid.

Their units are beautiful and have everything you could possibly need. The staff are always readily available to assist guests because they are located on-site within Mission Hills Country Club. We just made our reservation for our third long-term stay with Greenday Vacation Rentals.

With a patio extending on two sides and a fabulous view across the lake to the golf course, there was sun and shade throughout most of the day - lots of comfy seating, sunshades and table and chairs meant time outside extended late into the evening. The lounge/kitchen was large comfortable and convenient with even a desk where the laptop resided to catch up on the outside world. The large bedroom featured a huge comfortable bed with plenty of cupboard space in the adjoining bathroom/dressing room with large walk-in shower. Overall the villa combined space, quiet and stunning views, exactly the style and standards we have come to expect from Greenday on our visits to Mission Hills - that's why we will be back.

We had a great stay at this property. Everything needed for an extended stay was provided, the property was very clean, and there are several pools within walking distance. Overall it was a very quiet and relaxing stay whether we were inside or relaxing on the beautiful wrap around patio. Loved the place and would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a quiet getaway.
