My wife and I visited Portland and loved our stay at the condo. Very accessible to the Old Port area, we walked back and forth multiple times. The place was clean and welcoming, and communication the entire time was great. It made the experience one of our favorites among the cities we stayed in throughout our trip.

Overall, the apartment is located on a nice strip of small businesses. The ceilings are high with nice bay windows but not a family friendly place meaning not suitable for small children. The furniture is glass and has sharp edges. AC was a bit flimsy, and the place could use a bit more cleaning.

We were pleasantly surprised with the location and enjoyed walking all over downtown and Old Port area. We rented bikes, checked out the local restaurants and breweries and enjoyed havinig a comfortable place to sleep at night. Area feels safe, no issues. It was nice to have off-street parking as well. The place was clean and nicely appointed. We would stay again.

Great layout, well-appointed and super walkable to Old Port, the great restos on Washington and the Eastern Promenade. Only downside was communication with Vacasa: they always answered but didn’t necessarily address the issue, ie I struggled with the electronic door lock, was leaving for the weekend, they said the owner would come address it but when I returned 3 days later it had been left unlocked all weekend. Unreliable WiFi & I work remotely. Several times had to work from cafes.beautifully decorated for Christmas and loved the gas fireplace!

Right off a Main Street with tons of food and drink options. Loved the area, felt safe and fun. Close to walking trails as well. Inside decor was nice.

We really enjoyed this home and the location. The upgrades were beautiful and the restaurants nearby were amazing. When we checked out and took out our trash the outside bin had a lock on it so our only issue was not being able to access that but that wasn’t anyone’s fault.

Cute little spot near oxbow. Short drive to downtown. Great kitchen if you cook. Neighborhood seems Soso during the day and strangely decent at night. Pretty ideal. Best deal the weekend we stayed even over all the hotels. Worked out great.

We ended up really liking the location of this place. It's within walking distance of Old Port and other places but just blocks from multiple breweries and restaurants in that area. Breweries are plentiful out there. Place was clean and nic with easy in and easy out.

The owners /management were great. I can’t think of anything they could do better. The place is cute spacious, very clean. Other reviews complain about neighbors and location. One night we heard the upstairs people come home, other than that totally quiet. It is very walkable to tons of restaurants /bars/shops. It’s just not down in old port like some of the hotels. The neighborhood is just a bit of a mix of older places and rehabbed places. We never felt unsafe at all. I would absolutely stay here again.

My husband and I picked the Portland area to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. We had a great time exploring Maine and our stay at the Foodies Delight was great. The place was centrally located to many of the charming neighborhoods that Portland has to offer.

The place was nice and cozy. The place was mostly clean but we did find a few spots that could have been cleaned better (Kitchen Table). Other than this the place was great.

The property itself was clean and communication initially seems great. Master bed was comfortable. Pull out couch mattress has seen better days. Be aware- this property is run by a company (Vacasa) not an individual person. When we arrived the wifi was not working. We kept getting an error message that the router needed to be reset however there was no router found in the areas we could access in the unit. I contacted Vacasa that night by chat and by phone. The chat first told me that wifi was not provided at the unit (in contradiction to the listing info) then shortly thereafter I was given the name and password (which I already had) and then was told to reset the router multiple times even though I had made it clear there was no router in the unit. I had a little more success with the operator however his solution was to send out a local person to fix it who was supposed to contact me before coming so I knew to expect a stranger at the door but I did not receive any calls and no one came to fix it during our stay. I received no follow up communication from Vacasa. Location was convenient. Could walk to Old Port and the harbor easily.

My two sisters and I loved everything about the place especially the kitchen and the temperature control via AC or heat. The only concern about the place is that it took 1-3 tries each time we had to unlock the front door by code. There was supposed to be music to help but couldn't really hear anything. May need some attention but have to admit we never alerted anyone at the time thinking it was related to our ineptitude! I tried to do this review on the Vacasa site but the page never came up (arrow round and round...).

I could have moved right in with all the amenities. We especially liked the gas fireplace, bathroom and kitchen. King bed was comfortable. Pullout couch no comfortable for our adult son, but would be fine for kids or teenagers. Off-street parking was a treat. Easily accessible to downtown and neighborhood shops, restaurants and bakeries, walking or driving.
