The space is situated in Sanctuary Court off of Spring street in Downtown Charleston. There are 7 additional unit in the complex that are also available to book.

    The condo was extremely clean and smelled great. Loved the decor and all of the natural light from the big windows. Location is excellent. So many restaurants to walk to. Loved Bad Bunnies Coffee and the street window at the Italian restaurant a few steps away. Great communication with rental people. Would definitely stay here again. Also it's worth paying for the on-site parking.

    This property is lovely, very clean and in great condition, and in an ideally situated area in Charleston. I would recommend highly to anyone wanting to be close to the action but also staying in what feels residential.

    The condo was perfect for our trip. Great location.The condo was very new, clean and nice. The management was very prompt to respond and easy!The property was exactly as shown in the pictures. Highly recommend!Recommend adding on the parking fee. Parking is tricky in Charleston.Bad Bunnie next door has delicious coffee!

    We had a great stay in this lovely 3rd floor apartment. Being above most of the surrounding buildings means lots of sunshine coming in through the tall windows in every room. The kitchen/living room area faces south and receives abundant natural light all day. The apartment looks to have been recently remodeled, and it was sparkling clean. One note, there is no elevator, so this property is not for people who can’t do stairs…but if you can, it is worth the climb.

    I have given the management company a chance to respond before writing this review. They have chosen not to do so. The information given to us to check in on the day of arrival was to be a map of the property with our unit identified and our private entrance. We didn’t receive the attachments and struggled to find our way around. I was unsure until the door opened if we had the right unit.The sun coming in the windows was beautiful, but the place was not clean. The coach was stained so badly we didn’t sit on it the entire time. There was dust, the showers weren’t clean and there are marks all over the walls including a footprint on my bedroom wall. There were no Kleenex in the unit, the light was out above the door and don’t bother recycling as all of the garbage and recycling are thrown in the garbage at the end of our stay. They have plenty of glasses, cups, etc. and that is about the extent of what I can say about this unit.

    Condo was in the perfect location to walk to King street for eating and shopping. Small grocery store across the street for everyday items needed. I would definitely stay here again.

    What a wonderful time we had in Charleston! Our condo was clean and just adorable. The beds were super comfy, and the location was perfect for us. We had a quick walk to King Street where all of the action was! Parking is a little tough, but we found a spot and left our car for the weekend. Ubers are abundant!

    A great place. Had a slight issue with the check-in, but they were very attentive in coming to fix the code in a short manner. Would absolutely stay there again.
