Welcome to your Isle of Palms vacation rental, just steps from the beach and perfectly situated for a relaxing coastal getaway. This 2 bedroom, 1 bath condo at Ocean Inn offers a comfortable, inviting space for couples, families, or small groups looking to enjoy the best of the Charleston coast.

Located on the first floor, this Isle of Palms beach condo makes coming and going effortless, with convenient parking close to your door and easy access to the pool, grill area, and onsite laundry. A small patio area provides space to store beach gear or enjoy a quiet moment outside.

Just a short walk from the beach, shops, and local restaurants, you will be perfectly positioned to enjoy everything Isle of Palms has to offer, while still being only about 25 minutes from downtown Charleston and a quick drive to Mount Pleasant and Towne Centre shopping.

Inside, you will find a full kitchen with all essentials, an open living space for relaxing after a day at the beach, and a layout designed for comfort and convenience. Please note there is one interior step between the living area and the rest of the condo, and as a first floor unit, some noise from neighboring units may occasionally be heard.

Pet friendly for dogs (pre approval required): We are happy to welcome your pup, but approval is required prior to booking. Some larger breeds are not permitted, and applicable pet fees will apply.

While this condo does not offer a view, its unbeatable location just a block from the beach and steps from a local coffee shop makes it a favorite for guests who value convenience, comfort, and a relaxed coastal experience.

**MINIMUM BOOKING AGE is 25. The person holding the reservation must be staying at the property. No 3rd party booking is allowed.
**PRE-APPROVAL OF PETS REQUIRED Pets (DOGS ONLY) are allowed ONLY IN SELECT PROPERTIES. Breed/weight restrictions are applicable. PET FEES are $25/pet per night. DISCOUNT ON PET FEES AVAILABLE FOR SEASONAL RENTALS. PET POLICY Guests are responsible for adhering to pet policies provided in the contract as well as all Isle of Palms pet ordinances
**MINIMUM NIGHTS Some of our properties have minimum nights required to make a reservation on weekends, holidays, and during the summer season. To check availability for a shorter stay, please send a message / inquiry. If it's possible, we'd be happy to accommodate you.
** CONFIRMATION & PAYMENT: Your reservation is confirmed when the initial payment is paid. Payment options are dependent on the cancellation policy and how far away you are booking your stay. For reservations made in advance of 30 days, the remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival. Balances are deducted automatically from the card on file. In the event of payment failure, a grace period of 24 hours is given to remedy the payment.
** ITEMS PROVIDED: Soaps, linens, towels and starter paper products will be in your condo upon arrival. Routine linen and towel exchanges are not provided during your stay. Guests are responsible for replacing their own paper and soap products if starter amounts are used during their stay. It is not necessary to replace these for future guests.
**SMOKING All of our properties are NO SMOKING properties. Smoking is allowed outdoors only. Please discard appropriately. Deposit will be forfeited and additional cleaning charges incurred if evidence of smoking indoors is found upon departure. THIS INCLUDES smoking by an open door or window so that smoke enters the condo. Please smoke away from these areas.
**NOISE ORDINANCE Guests are responsible for following the Isle of Palms 10PM noise ordinance.

    The condo was very clean. There were 4 in my family who stayed here ages 9, 16, 45,48. The master has a queen bed, 2nd bed full, and pull out couch. It would've been nice to have 2 bathrooms but the one was clean and nice. It is very close to the beach with an easy short walk and the property has a small pool.. We enjoyed being able to go back and forth. We also enjoyed the restaurants and ice cream shop within a short easy walk. The condo has a full kitchen and we cooked breakfast every morning and some dinners. It had everything we needed to cook.

    We all enjoyed our stay at this rental and would consider doing so again. It had great access to the beach, just a block away and easy walk. The parking was plentiful and driving into Charleston was nice. The unit was clean and the kitchen was fairly well stocked with cooking tools, though I'm glad that I brought our familiar knife and cutting board, along with a preferred pots and skillets. The coffee machine that was there can brew or use k-cups; I used it once, but mostly used my cold-brew kit from home. There were lots of ice trays in the freezer, and the fridge worked well. There's a nice hose and sprayer by the pool to wash off sand. The pool is small, but looked nice; I don't think any of us used it. Check-in and communication with the property manager was nice and easy. The morning after we arrived, a kitchen bulb had blown, so I texted the manager. She got back with me soon after and had it fixed while we were away, providing plenty of updates. We also loved the electronic locks, so we didn't have to worry about a key at the beach. There's only one bathroom, which worked fine for our family of five. However, people have to walk through the galley-style kitchen in order to reach the bathroom and master bedroom. It gets a little hectic when meals are being prepared and kids are walking to and from the bathroom. There's a tv in living room, as well as the back bedroom, though they only have basic cable and no streaming. I wish that I had brought my Shield w/ Google TV, as we could have utilized our streaming subscriptions. I highly recommend bringing a streaming stick, such as chromecast or Roku. Not only did we get our fill of commercials while watching tv, but I wish that I could have shown my family YouTube videos orienting us to historical parts of Charleston. We saw some nice sunrises. At this time sunrise was around 7:20am and leaving the condo at 7am provided plenty of time to see it peak over the horizon; just be sure to walk to the left of the pier for a clear view. Also, boogie boards don't seem to work well on this stretch of beach that we were on; perhaps it was due to lower tide, but there was a sand dune that interupted the flow. It was still fun in the water.
