Downtown Luxury Loft Condo on the River Walk in the Heart of Estes

This home is impeccable in every way, from the location right in the midst of Estes, to the walking distance to shops, restaurants, hiking trails, and entertainment. There is nothing more relaxing than enjoying the peaceful river out back with a cup of fresh coffee (directly below the home). The house is immaculate, has everything one needs to cook, and has so much space to move about. The books, board games, and hygiene needs were all present. We are already planning to go back with the rest of our family!

This is our second time staying this property and it continues to be a wonderful experience. The location allows easy access to all that downtown Estes Park has to offer while overlooking the river and having plenty of space for my family. I look forward to returning again!

A quick escape to the snow between Christmas and new years. The condo location is perfect….nice for a walk by the creek and restoration areas or go the other direction to hit all the cute shops. Restaurants are walkable and Safeway is a few blocks away. The owner was absolutely amazing to work with and super available. The only thing that would have made the trip to the snow better would have been some snow!!!

What a magical Christmas stay up in Estes Park. The condo was incredibly clean and spacious, and they even took the time to have a few Christmas decorations for us. Place is super quiet and a great location.. we were able just to walk a couple minutes to get into the main street and enjoy all the Christmas decorations and lights. We will definitely be staying here again. This is 5 Stars

There is only one way to describe this property ... It is extra special! The location is perfect! It's downtown near coffee shops, restaurants, and other shopping opportunities. Parking is convenient! The condo itself is very well appointed and decorated very tastefully. WiFi is extremely reliable. The view out of the two balconies is beautiful. Bedrooms are spacious. The kitchen is well supplied with cookware and plenty of dishes. Communication with the hosts is extraordinary .I seriously am unable to find any flaw. There's definitely a reason this VRBO is so highly rated and loved by guests. It will be our go to place annually!

Beautiful space overlooking the river/riverwalk. Perfect location to walk and shop in Estes. Not far from RMNP entrance. Very comfortable and a great kitchen space! Would definitely stay here again!

This was my first time to Estes Park, CO, and the downtown loft condo was the perfect location for everything Estes Park has to offer. The host was excellent! She checked in after our arrival to make sure was got settled in and asked if we had any questions. We enjoyed several hiking trails, The Stanley Hotel tours, MacGregor Ranch and all the wonderful shops, businesses, restaurants and outdoors shops. Below the loft is probably the best coffee shop in town, Kind Coffee. And for afternoon adult beverages and great food, there was Ed's Cantina adjacent to the loft condo. It was awesome to see the elk so close to town and other fascinating wildlife. And towards the end of our visit, again the host checked in to make sure all was good. Definitely a nice property to enjoy while visiting Estes Park. Definitely will repeat with another visit to Estes Park. Enjoy!!

The unit was exactly as described, and the location was ideal. We encountered a minor issue with the internet, which the host promptly resolved. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were hoping to book the same week next year. Unfortunately, it was unavailable, which speaks volumes.

Beautiful luxury condo right on the river walk. Well appointed, clean, pleasant, generous spaces. Realize that you are making a trade off for being next to the river walk, as you are in the edge of the commercial district. You will get some noise, but you will also get proximity to shops, coffee, and the river. Loved our stay. Many many compliments. Kind and attentive property owner.

The condo is very pretty, clean and comfortable. It is large enough for the 5 adults and 1 child that we had on this trip. Everything guests need is provided. We love sitting on the balcony watching the river, the humming birds and people watching. We can walk almost everywhere or take the shuttle because of the great downtown location. We enjoy ordering breakfast from Kind Coffee downstairs and bringing it up. Hard to believe we could have found a better place. I think this was our third visit and we are booking it again for next year. Just love it.

The location is nothing short of perfect and absolutely everything we needed and wanted was there on-site. Super walkable location with tons of things to do within minutes. I will definitely stay there again if I return to that area. I will also recommend this property to anyone I know heading in that direction.

We had a wonderful visit to Estes Park. The condo was just as described and worked well for us 5 seniors for our visit to Rocky Mountain National Park. . We especially loved sitting on the balcony and enjoying the hummingbirds. We would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful week long stay at this property. The location is great for walking to town anytime or just walking along the river. It’s spacious for the 3 of us and had everything needed for a rental. Owner was very attentive and helpful. You may hear a little bit of the traffic from below if it’s a really busy time but overall was great. Would definitely go back!

We had a wonderful time at this condo centrally located in downtown Estes Park. It was the perfect place to park our car go upstairs to a beautiful furnished condo and enjoy our week with family. Everything was accessible and walkable. Will definitely stay again if in Estes Park and refer to friends and family.

This place has it all! Spacious, clean and a great location. Our family just need a few days out of town to relax and spend some quiet time together, and this condo delivered. We also got a little bit of nature as we had a Great Horned Owl camp out next to our balcony for a few hours to get out of the wind :) 10/10 would love to stay her again maybe in the summer time.

The property is right on Elkhorn in the middle of town with the river and Mountain View out the windows and balcony. Very large for 3 bedroom. Will definitely stay here again.

This condo is very clean, spacious and equipped with everything you need. Just step out the door and you are on the river boardwalk with access to restaurants, shopping and shuttle. Laura was awesome and checked with us to make sure everything was going ok. Being 65+, the stairs were a bit of a challenge as was the parking at the library, but with the permits and shuttle service right there, we rarely needed the car. Our visit was wonderful and we will definitely be back!

This Vrbo is in a perfect location. Restaurants, shops and viewing the river from your private balcony is amazing. We spent the day at Rocky Mountain Park to view the elk but the real reward was being on our balcony. A herd with two bucks and 25 does walked across the river. The host was on top of it with texts and permits for free parking. Comfortable bedrooms and living space. We will be back.

Spacious, well-equipped, and extremely comfortable loft situated above the best coffee shop in town. It’s the best of both worlds, being in the heart of downtown, yet surprisingly quiet, and right next to the calming babbling Fall River. It’s our go-to place to stay when visiting Estes Park.

The condo entrance and living area are right on the river. It's on the second story. So while sitting on either of the 2 balconies you can enjoy the river and people watch as they walk by. Kind coffee is located right below, so getting a great cup of coffee and breakfast sandwich is easy. The location is perfect for parking the car in the public parking and just walking to everything. It's a great location. Laura is a great contact person, very easy to work with.

This Downtown Luxury Loft is exactly as described: great location, beautiful and clean! Laura was a fabulous host who communicated throughout our stay. We really enjoyed sitting on the balconies and listening to the river flowing. There are tons of amenities in the condo including kitchen items, bathroom items, etc. We hope to return for another visit in the future!
