Stayed Jul 19, 2024Perfect location in NW Grand Rapids! 5 minute drive to Belknap Park and 20+ pickleball courts. 3 block walk to 6th Street restaurants. 4 block walk/drive to a Fresh Market Meijer. 10 minute drive to downtown… Amenities in this Union Square Condo building are wonderful and people friendly. Will stay again!!

Stayed Feb 11, 2024The decor, the place, the location...all were perfect for me. It is super close to downtown, the place was cozy, well stocked with majority of what you need for an extended stay, and the owners were more than accommodating and easy to work with. The parking was great for being downtown, the security guards are awesome, and the entire apartment felt like home while being away from home for almost 4 months! 10 out 10...would recommend!
