Stayed Sep 23, 2025This condo is a wonderful place to stay. It is spacious and beautifully decorated. Sitting on the deck, you have a fantastic view of Betsie Bay and can watch all the waterfront activities. When you go out the front door, you are in downtown Frankfort with all the great shops and restaurants. You can shop, dine, and walk to the Lake Michigan beach within minutes. The kitchen and bathrooms have everything you could need for a stay. I can't wait to go back.

Stayed Aug 27, 2025Second time booking this condo, and I’d do it again. Great spot overlooking the bay and marina, close to town and lots of activities. Furnished very nicely, lakeside decorations which look very nice and aren’t over the top. Very clean and well maintained, updated bathroom since the last time we stayed. Neighbors are pretty quiet, some road noise if you’re a late sleeper, a lot of traffic once the town wakes up, especially on a weekend. Great place to stay.

Stayed Sep 24, 2024This was a very nice condo with a great location right in downtown Frankfort. All of the shops and restaurants could be easily accessed by a short walk. We would definitely recommend the property and will look to return next time we are in Frankfort.

Stayed Aug 3, 2024Hi Diane! I had such a lovely time at the cottage! It is the highlight of my summer. The only issue that I experienced was having trouble navigating the TV in the family room. One of the days I was staying, it would not work. Other than that, it was absolutely wonderful! Looking forward to staying again next summer! Kindly, Diane
