Downtown Corner Luxury Loft on the Riverwalk - King Bed!

The location in the heart of Estes Park is excellent. The door is only steps from the river walk and a short stroll to many must-sees in town. We loved stepping out on the deck to listen to the river.

Excellent place with great location right on the Estes strip. Condo was on the riverside, opposite of the strip so no issues with crowd noise. Parking was easy and trouble free. The condo was spacious, with a large bedroom, dresser and two nightstands. Roku TV in the bedroom and one in the living room. Internet was fast enough to work remotely, which was a big plus.Kitchen had all the appliances and accessories we needed. However, coffee is something you'll need to provide. Fortunately, there are a great many options for coffee in Estes. Kind is fantastic coffee, and Coffee On The Rocks is great for a good cup and an opportunity to hand feed an entire herd of ducks and a handful of cobra chickens. As for access to RMNP, we found the best access was using the parking lot behind to get to Morraine Ave and using the Beaver Meadows entrance. Coming back via fall river allows direct access to the parking lot via the west end of Elkhorn Ave. All in all a great experience in a convenient location.

The condo was clean, comfortable and in a perfect location - close to shops, restaurants and everything we wanted to do.

Great place and location

Awesome experience from start to finish. Stacey is an awesome host with great communication who responds quickly. My wife and I travel a lot and it usually takes her a couple of days to feel comfortable in a new place but within 10 minutes she said she felt at home and loved the place. It is extremely clean and incredibly well stocked. The location is perfect and led to a very relaxing and wonderful mini vacation. This place is a gem! We will definitely be back.

Very nice condo inside of condo. Suggestions for consideration: 1. Patio lacks privacy screen between the two units like all the other units (very awkward when both parties are on the patio. 2. Patio lacks roof like the other units and is sun facing as thus lacks shade. 3. Exhaust fan in bathroom does not work.

Love, love loved this location! My wife and I came to Estes Park for our anniversary. It is so convenient being right in the heart of EP, but it’s super quiet inside and you have sort of a mountain view off the back balcony and a mountain stream right below you. See pics. Very spacious and open floor plan and all the instructions were perfect. Owner was super responsive. Will definitely return here (if it’s available)!

Our stay was wonderful. The unit was very clean and well maintained.The location was perfect. The sound of the river was very relaxing.

The most disappointing feature was not having a shower I could use! This shower had shower floor that was like standing on slippery glass and with no hand rails I couldn’t risk a fall. I’m a senior citizen but not disabled, but anyone could easily be injured here.

A perfect place for the two of us to stay in Estes Park. Everything was just as described. We could walk to everywhere in town. Free parking was convenient right out back. We enjoyed the balcony over the river. A great base to explore RMNP, a short drive away. We would stay here again and recommend to others.

Nice, spacious loft, quiet section of Riverwalk, kitchen well stocked. Perfect location on west side of Estes Park, easy access to both town and for exploring Rocky Mountain National Park.

Wonderful place, convenient to everything.

We have stayed in this property multiple times in the past few years. It is always clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. While enjoying all RMNP has to offer, we also enjoy the vibe of downtown. This is the perfect location to do both.

We were just here for a quick stay on a 2-week road trip. The location was perfect, roomy, and quiet. This was definitely our favorite place so far.

This beautiful and clean loft exceeded our expectations. We were right in the heart of shops and restaurants with the relaxing river for a view. We would love to go back again!

My husband and I only had time for a short stay in Estes but would highly recommend this loft for a 2 person stay. Location is perfect for all the activities in town, and if you are a walker, you can take the riverwalk all the way to Estes Lake. The loft had everything you needed and more. It was well supplied with all the extras and very roomy and comfortable. We would stay there again. We really enjoyed our stay in Estes.

The condo was very clean and updated. Just a few steps from the Main Street of town. Great for two people. We would definitely stay again!
