Beautiful unit, great aesthetic showcasing Savannah culture, perfectly located and walkable, safe and quiet.

The noise from the rooms above us was terrible. We did could not wait to get out of that place. We never got any sleep due to the floors creaking and pounding above us. It seems the guest above us were playing games every evening until at least 3;30 am. I don’t think it matters who is above you, it’s the floors. Even in our room, it was impossible to walk without creaking floors, it was just too much. If you don’t plan on sleeping while you’re there, you would like the place.

The condo was perfect for what we wanted. Its location made it so easy to walk to the sights of downtown Savannah. We loved it!

This home was absolutely perfect for our Savannah getaway. From the moment we walked in we fell in love with its charm, beautiful hardwood floors, and cozy, thoughtful design. The king size bed was incredibly comfortable and it was clear that the hosts had thought of every detail. From makeup towels and extra linens to a well stocked kitchen and streaming access on the TVs.What stood out most was how welcoming and comfortable the space felt. It truly felt like a home away from home. The hosts were also wonderful to work with. Friendly, responsive, and easy to reach whenever we had a question. Their communication made everything simple and stress free from start to finish. We made wonderful memories here and would not hesitate to stay again or recommend it to friends and family. Thank you for such a lovely stay!

We rented this unit because we wanted the charm of an old building and location to be able to walk everywhere. We were celebrating our anniversary and it was just the two of us. We never cooked or needed dishes but they did have plenty. The building felt safe. We never seen or heard anyone else coming and going. I would of like to have known this was a back unit. We couldnt see anything out of any of the windows. I was hopeing for a people watching window. If I had to nit pick something about this unit it would be the decor and super thin toilet paper. Also, be aware you have to find street parking or park in the garage at the end of the street. Street parking is expensive and garage parking was reasonable. We also seen security patrolling the garage.

This was a great book. We had a great time! Would definitely stay again!

A wonderful walkable city with so much Southern charm and history. This condo is in a perfect, safe, quiet, great neighborhood location to see it all. Highly recommend!

Overall great. Phenomenal location, very easy to get around. AC worked great and laundry room was clean. Bathroom was dirty when we arrived so we did reclean that and the glasses had chapstick marks and dried food on them. Besides that it was absolutely perfect.

This unit was nice. Very old and it had your typical old smell to the building. The bed was ok a little hard, but it worked. Very good location to Restraunts, shopping, and things to do. There is a square right across the street where my husband went to smoke his cigars. Beautiful area, beautiful town we just loved Savannah and we will be back.

We had a wonderful time. The place was very comfortable and easy access to things we wanted to see and do.

Everything was as advertised. Bed comfortable. Parking information was provided thank you. The app was great but could have emphasized a bit more about having to move vehicles on certain days for street cleaning. We did the hop on and off tour. It would have been helpful to include in the welcome binder information on their app tracking where trolleys were and arrival times and that the stop 15was closest to the apartment.

It was in a nice location close to everything. The state street parking garage was SO much cheaper than other parking garages and right out from the unit. Walking distance to everything! The room was nice, but older like most of Savannah. Had everything you would need, even laundry detergent and forgotten toothbrushes. I would stay here again. Owner was nice, had to contact me about HOA coming one morning.

Everything was wonderful. I would’ve liked to had a door at the bedroom and possibly a TV in the bedroom.

As advertised, clean & comfortable in an original building with charm & character with great location. Efficient communications with host. Easy & clear entry, exit, etc to enjoy the unit.

The location was perfect! The bed linens were top level and bed was super comfy. We’ve stayed in several short term rentals and find the amenities vary quite a bit. This rental was okay, just short on toiletries and kitchen items. Other reviewers mentioned the upstairs neighbor being noisy. We also had a similar experience but it is an historic building and creaky floors are part of the charm. Just take ear plugs or turn on a fan to help with noise. We did appreciate the host providing a couple of fan options after we inquired about one being available.

Perfect location, comfortable bed and furniture, very clean, decorated beautifully, nice personal touches (personal grooming items, plentyof coffee and condiments, books, games, etc) Absolute zero complaints. Would choose this property again.

The apartment was in the perfect location for us. Very convenient to walk to wherever we wanted to go in Savannah. There was a parking deck 1/2 a block away that was also convenient.

Perfect setup for 2 in a great area right next to Oglethorpe Square. Easy walking distance to everything in the historic district. The condo was clean and cozy.

Amazing time! Very central location that made walking very easy. Parking was the only draw back and even then it wasn’t bad at all. You just may have to circle the block a few times. Loved the space and the host left a book with lots of great recommendations! Will definitely be back.

Great location for walking around downtown in the historic district and waterfront. Parking was not difficult to find, but nearly everything downtown is a metered spot Monday-Saturday 8am-8pm at a cost of 2/hr. The apartment itself was nice, clean, stocked and well taken care of. It was perfect for a couple. It is an old building so it tends to be creaky and noisy when walking around so you can hear your neighbors as they walk around, but it didn't bother us much. It's location isn’t on a noisy street so that isn't an issue. Overall, I was very pleased with our stay and would definitely book again.

Great location for walking to restaurants, museums etc. The king bed was comfortable. If you’re staying on there 1st floor, I have to agree with other reviewers and the noise 2nd floor guests create. Should be shared with 2nd floor guests or book the 2nd floor.A few concerns: our towels were damp when showering in the evening upon our first night. No big deal, but damp bed sheets were uncomfortable for sleeping the first night. Housekeeping has some areas for improvement.The kitchen is well stocked, but we would looked for a cutting board with no luck. The water/fridge filter was expired.Otherwise no show stoppers or concerns for staying again.

You can't beat the location of this property, it's one block south of Broughton on Oglethorpe Square. Super easy to walk to everywhere in the historic district.

Great spot for checking out the Savannah riverfront... short walk to lots of shops and restaurant. The property was clean and well maintained. Quiet and what felt like a safe neighborhood.

The location of the apartment in this historic building was perfect for us. We were within a few blocks/less than a mile from all that we wanted to experience and loved the walkability to all. Staying in a historic building gave us a feel for what makes Savannah special. We appreciated the architecture of the building and apartment.The bed and bedding were excellent and made for restful nights. The host provided clear communication for arrival and also departure.

Great location however the quiet hours don’t pertain to the apartment upstairs. They were very loud after midnight Saturday into Sunday. The apartment was well stocked with coffee and toiletries. Easy to park on the street in front or in the parking garage.

The property was correctly described. The location was excellent! It might be worth it to suggest to guests who are on the second floor to be mindful of tenants on the first floor regarding heavy walking. It's an old historic home and sound travels. It's a great choice

Unit was just as described, had everything we needed. The location just could not have been better. Being right on a square just makes you feel like you are in Savannah. Walking distance to great restaurants and shops. We participated in the 2 hour walking architecture tour which started right across the street and it was great! We also did the 1 hour golf cart tour of the cemetery which was really nice. Both tours taught so much about Savannah history we really enjoyed them.Would stay in the unit agaon for sure!

The location was great. We walked almost everywhere with a few bus rides and Ubers mixed in. It’s an old building, it’s in the historic district after all. It’s been updated and nice for what you pay for it. The only downside is the wood floors are noisy. We were on hhe first floor and the person above us was walking around at all hours of the day and night. Nothing breaking the rental agreement, maybe bathroom trips, coming in late or going out early but lots of walking around. It woke us at times but wasn’t a major problem. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

This condo was in the perfect location for exploring the area. It was our first time in Savannah and we could walk to everything we had on our list. The condo itself was nice. The layout was interesting - you had to walk through the master bedroom to get to the sitting room. We thought the sitting room with the pullout couch would be fine for a second bed (so we didn't have to share the master bed) but we could not find an extra blanket to use. Everything else was perfect and I would definitely recommend this place to a couple or a single person traveling to Savannah.

I was very disappointed bldg was very old and if you are handicapped there were no grab bars in the bathroom no outside railings on the steps there was work being done on the outside no on the street parking unless you pay parking garage nearby pay there too poor heating system pictures very deceiving

Wonderful area with parking garage across the street. Everything was super close and we were able to walk everywhere!

Could not have been any more pleased with our stay. We were celebrating my wife's birthday and everything was perfect. I cannot say enough about what a great location this is. It was very easy to walk everywhere we wanted to go.
