Nice place, good location. My only disappointment was when staying one night, was unable to use pool. Closes one hour after check in and opens one hour before check out.

They were very welcoming to my puppy - had dog bowls available, and it was very easy to care for my dog while I was there with the private garden area and how walkable it was to the beach for him to run and play. I hope to come back and stay again!

Immediately after seeing the condition of our room we requested to cancel the second night reservation & were told it’s a SIXTY DAY ADVANCE NOTICE cancellation policy. Our request was declined. No locks on bedroom or bathroom doors. Pet hair was all over stained patio cushions. Bedroom tv was a small computer monitor which is a mute point due to mangers failure to make it operational.

Great location - central to town -- and on site help that was congenial and service oriented. However, the accommodations are certainly dated with a wooden at water damaged surround wrapping the tub in need of refinish, a non-functioning wall clock, a television that would not function properly and exposed, wire-nutted, line-voltage wiring powering the kitchenette sink light. Exposed wiring - this is not a third-world country!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo NEEDED several updates/ repairs: The hall light only had 1 of 3 lights working. The bed was very lumpy and the sheets felt like plastic very uncomfortable. The closet frame was separating from the wall. All the cabinets in the bathroom and kitchen were pinch points. There were no knobs or handles on any of the doors. The sugar packets for coffee were lumps (old). One of the kitchen table chairs had a broken leg that was ready to fall off. The patio had an musty odor. One positive, the front desk associates were very pleasant.

We enjoyed being walking distance from the shops and restaurants. The screened in porch was so nice to enjoy as it was raining outside. The bed is comfortable. Shower is tiny. We would come back again.

Also, great location to walk the town of Charlevoix, walk to restaurants & take a walk along the channel to get to the beach or watch sunsets from the lighthouse.
