Downtown Charlevoix | Indoor/Outdoor Pool | Remodeled

Very clean room but could use a bit of maintenance. Doors squeaked bad, one wouldn’t close. Caulking around tub looked poor. But overall very clean and nice:

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is wonderful to walk downtown; however, it is challenging to turn left onto US-31. I was surprised to find numerous items of trash under the Master bed (including an inappropriate item), and when I raised the issue with the front desk, there was no reaction or apology. We will not be staying here again.

Most of the employees were really kind. That was the best part. The room and the pool need a lot of work and upgrades. When I reserved our room online and the room looked so inviting than in person. The outside wall of the shower was cracking and falling apart. From the online pictures, I was so excited to have a Jacuzzi bathtub for my husband. Upon seeing it in person it was very disappointing. I really expected a better experience.

The location is pefect! But the pull out bed can definitely use an update! It was disgusting...

Bedroom is bright! Need extreme room darkening shade! Opens to internal hallway, VERY loud! Exposed pipe in bathroom, tub needs re grouted.other than these things , is pretty nice!

Great location. However, the bedroom window was the condo hallway which was bright all night long. We had to turn the furnace off because it was way too hot to sleep. Had to open the slider to cool off the condo, but wasn’t successful. Super unfortunate about the water in shower. Took such a longtime to get warm and never got hot.

Perfect location for walking to all of downtown Charlevoix. The only reason for 3 stars is the unit is not very user friendly (ex: small vanity, no shelves & only 1 towel hook, one outlet by the bed was directly behind & in the center of the bed—you would have to crawl under the bed to access it).

Location was wonderful. Room was cozy. However, we found cobwebs in the bedroom. Mattress on the fold out was flimsy at best. Sawdust and scrap wood littered the porch. Holes in the walls, odd paint job, and cables to internet tv and air conditioning was hanging around and on the fireplace. I wouldn’t recommend using the tub. Mounding in bathroom needs to be replaced. Perfect place to sleep if that’s all you were looking to do. Front door could use some leveling. The whole place could use some updates. Front desk staff was lovely and helpful.

Wall half painted where air conditioner was replaced.Patio had a ladder, utility knife, caulk gun, nails and was dusty from the work. TV fell off the wall the first night and a glass shelf fell off the second night. Both during the night, which scared us out of our sleep. Property manager was very helpful and went above and beyond to make it right.
