Lovely condo within easy walking distance of downtown Charlevoix. Well-equipped Full kitchen, comfortable mattresses and furniture. Good lighting, Convenient parking. Communications with management wasn’t the greatest as the office closed early evenings. Lots of noise from the busy traffic but it quieted down at night. Perfect for 2 adult couples so long as stairs don’t pose a problem. We enjoyed our 3 night stay. The price was very reasonable for all the space and convenience.

Great location for loads of fun! Charlevoix did not disappoint. The area is plentiful with history, water, beaches, sunsets, great food, music, shopping and beverages. We had a blast!

The location of this property cannot be beat, we were within a few minutes walk of downtown, restaurants, and the beach. The pool was great for our daughter and we appreciated the cozy beds. Would definitely return here if we are able to visit Charlevoix again!

The property was very clean and located in a perfect location for walking the city proper. I must mention the lower bedroom in the condo doesn’t have adequate storage for your clothes and personal items, however the upstairs bedroom did have a dresser and closet . The kitchen was well equipped . I sent a message a day earlier to inquire about an early check in but didn’t get a response and had to call again the day of our arrival. When I did reach a representative they were very kind and said they might be able to get us in an hour earlier however we made a decision to go on the lake first and check in later. Overall it was a nice experience and the staff encountered were all very pleasant and helpful.

So close to places to eat and drink! Fun to watch the drawbridge go up! Very clean and had everything we needed! We would go back!

It was great and comfortable.location was perfect. Only downside was the TV. It was glitchy all weekend with constant need to connect to wifi. And still not able to gain access.

Property was nice, just dated. Our fault for not looking more closely at the listing … didn’t realize that the jacuzzi tub is literally out in the open in the loft bedroom, along with the sink/vanity and shower. When you step out of the shower you are literally right out in the open of the bedroom. The floor to ceiling windows on the main floor make this even more awkward. Most of the dishes in the drawers and cabinets were put away dirty … most things were still greasy. Great location in downtown, however. Not our cup of tea, won’t be staying again.

This condo is right on the edge of downtown. Everything seemed very new, so it probably was recently refurbished. Very friendly staff at the desk. Great price compared to other similar listings. Will definitely check this place out again the next time we are staying in the area.

The room was fine. Great view, was clean, staff was really helpful. It's in a great spot especially since to walk into the downtown parts you HAVE to cross the bridge. Which I love. Price was meh to me. But it did have a lot of nice amenities to it.

The condo was great. Check in not so much We got there after office closed they were supposed to send code to get in. I did not get it. There is no number to call an employee on call for help. If message left they wouldnt get till next morning. Does me no good to get in at evening hour. Luckily vrbo customer service found a number There should be a person to talk to if office is closed for emergencies. I understand it is no efficient to man an office in off seasons. But they should have someone on call. Thank you customer service and building owner for your help I would stay again hopefully this little glitch can get resolved and i got in.. Would not be picked

My friend and I had a great girls weekend here in Charlevoix. Everything from restaurants to shopping was in walking distance. We’d love to come back next year!

Great spot in downtown, everything is walkable! Condo was clean and spacious enjoy to accomodate my elderly in-laws and me and my wife very comfortably. Large soaking tub made for very relaxing evenings.

Our check in was 1.5 hours late which was pretty frustrating with 2 small children. We had to come back three times based on their estimates before we could actually get into our room. Overall, the place is fine and the location is great but we never received any cleaning (we asked twice) and we had to call for more towels, toilet paper and we really needed some more things but we just dealt with it since it seemed impossible to get things. Unfortunately, I don't think we'd return.
