Stayed Dec 31, 1969Condo was simple, clean and conveniently located within walking distant to downtown restaurants and shops. Also, just a 10-12 minute walk to the river and Surf Hotel. Easy parking right outside the complex. The condo is near a not so great looking apartment complex and storage units making not the best first impression but it didn't really matter in the end. Would definitely stay again!!

Stayed Jul 16, 2024The property was very clean and overall really nice. Great communication between us and rental agency. Well stocked kitchen. No great views from the place although we knew that going in, although nice little patio and super close to lots of eateries & shops. Since there is no air conditioning it would be nice to have a ceiling fan in the living room. Also, could use a more comfy chair in the living room. But overall nice place.

Stayed Jun 5, 2024My wife and I enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was very clean, well-maintained, and had all of the amenities needed, except for air conditioning. It was warm during our stay (early June), but open windows and fans helped with sleeping comfortably. Location was great, just blocks aways from shops, restaurants, and hiking trails along the river.
