Downtown Buena Vista Condo: Steps From Everything!

Great, clean place to stay right off the downtown area of Buena Vista. Only a one minute walk to all the great places to eat in BV. This place was perfect for our family and we'll definitely look to stay here again!

This cute little unit was in the perfect location. Walking distance to everything you needed on Main Street as well as access to the River Walk area. Unit was well stocked and clean.

This place has perfect location. One bedroom is on Main street, but there are so few cars after 9am.... it was quiet to sleep. The 1/2 bath was nice for 2 women to get ready at same time. Bed was good, not great. I am not a fan of micro sheets.... hot... I just like cotton. But that's just me. They did have other blankets and a cotton one, helped! Some supplies to cook, which we did not. No coffee for the maker, but there are filters. Plenty of towels and tp. You park right outside the door. Patio comfy. Fan to cool off the place at night. Both rooms had ceiling fans, too. Colorado nights are great!

Perfect location! Loved everything about the stay. Perfect spot for a base camp in BV. Just be aware there is no AC.

Great location that is just a few blocks from the river in one direction and downtown Buena Vista in the other direction.

Clean, convenient, detailed instructions

This condo is in the IDEAL location! The two bedroom, one and a half bath set up was perfect for my two friends and me. Everything was immaculate, and my friends appreciated the coffee left for us. Bonus: the owner went above and beyond to assist when we left something behind. I have been to Buena Vista many times, and this was a great stay!

We really enjoyed our vacation and what made it really work well was the location. In between all our activities and close to the shops and dining. Super clean, cute and the beds were comfy. Really appreciated it! Thanks

My husband, sister and I stayed here for 3 nights and everything was terrific. It was super clean, organized, and Kristin was a great hostess. The beds were very comfy. We had some trouble with the front door lock and she was right over to help. We also arrived early and she had the place ready for us. It could not have been better. We loved being a block from all the restaurants and shops. We walked a short distance to the river and loved watching the water activities. We enjoyed sitting on the patio in the beautiful Colorado sunshine. Overall I’d give the space 10 stars!

Right off E Main, walk to restaurants and shops. Unit was immaculate. Well stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds. We loved it and would definitely stay there again!

I just really enjoyed it. Two bedrooms, 1.5 baths, had everything we needed in the kitchen. Awesome home base for going on adventures in the valley, on the river, or up in the high country. Steps from downtown for when you get home.

Finding the condo was easy. Easy access, as a code was provided a couple days in advance to access the front door. The condo was very clean and modern. You can walk from the condo into town, which is only a block or two away, very convenient. I would definitely stay here again when I visit the area around Buena Vista.

We enjoyed our stay. Beds were great. Small private patio with grill were used frequently. I give this the highest rating.

This property is right on Main Street. It is conveniently located in walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. The condo itself is fairly basic but has all the things you may need for your stay.

This location was perfect for us. It’s right between the river and all the shops and restaurants on Main St. We would definitely stay here again in the future and recommend to friends/family.

This was a very comfortable and convenient location; we walked to several of our favorite places: the Arkansas River, the Roastery, & the Beuna Viking!

We visit BV regularly. This condo has a great location- walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. We spend most of our time outdoors, so it was everything we needed!

Perfect location to downtown and the river for hiking. Great layout plenty of room and there were 5 of us girls. Close to the hot springs we went to the new location Charlotte Hot Springs - great pools and not crowded at all. We will be back!
